Expand Variety Fishing in the real sense has so many species and sub-specious that can be used to expand what catches that can be made based on region. In that being said weight can vary from fish to fish. AFK Timer: It's needed in my opinion as criminals getting locked up for prolonged sentences will die as time goes on. That and if you get sent solitary for an extended sentence (typically your whole sentence) given how small the cell is it's very hard to stay active. DOC Guards: Typically when interacting with them all you can really do is let them lock you in your cells for 1-3 hours (got forgotten in mine for 2 hours) and that's about the limit of RP. Prison RP: Once again, is there rp in prison? Typically it's get punched, get tazed, everyone gets sent to cells locked, get searched and sent to solitary. Did removing AFK Timer fix anything?: Nope quite literally I just grind the mine and pay no attention to the zone around me or I run in circles until I loose entrance. Why don't I interact? Only RP that comes from guards is when I punch them, can't plot a break out typically, and due to how long sometimes processing; burns people out.

Regardless of OOC reason(s) behind it; that's the roleplay they agree to when becoming a cop. If we must deal with the punishment of being a criminal. The Police must meet their devils as well. Have you ever seen how often labs get destroyed? People call 911 100% of the time. Not valuing their life in the process cause they know they are untouchable beyond being robbed.

I would be okay with this system if we are able to IMPOSE fear. Civs HAVE NO REPERCUSSIONS from messing with criminal enterprises. Literally CIV rp "I got robbed" *drives around the block* "Guys robbed me at LSD Lab please help..." WHERE IS THE FEAR? When in LIFE would you ever call 911 on the soldiers/leaders of a major cartel. Be honest that's NON-RP.

I say at this point, just go outside if you wanna see the harshness of real life. People come from a long day of work tired and burnt out from the reality of the world before us. Why make an identical world full of hate, mistrust, and limitations? If anyone denies this reality they must have a life of privilege and wealth unlike the rest of us that come here to forget how harsh the real world can be.

Some of these idea(s) are good now relating to vehicles being lost and you must pay it's a little far. Unless you are also agreeing to PD cars being chop-able and they can subtract pay from the officers who withdraw it and get it destroyed. Drugs, It was tried before and before and the market "Idea" dies everyone time since the ideas in place are to virtually eliminate criminal violence. Thus rendering the drug useless. Alrighty, so what issue would the server have in this case that a "smart criminal" leaves no hostages, no witness, etc. Kidnapping family members, torturing those who cause issuing with a family executing business. If you are "for" this form of strict RP then the following should not trouble you. How about we place citywide contracts on those who arrest us? That would be Roleplay as it relates to the above issues. If you want "IRL" then give us everything that comes with it. How about us being able to import heavy rifles and carbines because it's so readily accessible across state lines (keeping with the fact that LS is in CA). How about we remove OOC administration actions when it comes to prison breaks? How about we remove .50 CAL rifles from PD as it's not allowed by any agency in the US.
