The Rooks and Legion decided to hold a meeting regarding a possible neutrality. Both gangs gathered and higher ups from each side came together to discuss the matter at hand. Times like this is when we offer our hand to other organizations to arrange support that will be beneficial to both sides. As the meeting went on, members from both organizations got to know each other and exchanged numbers to get off on the right foot. The Rooks and Legion left the meeting on good terms and plan to continue to offer support to one another.

You track the people that put you in prison and what do you do? Rob them for their radio? Cause you can't kidnap them or do anything, since KOS is 3 hours and if they get jail time for more than 3 hours they can't do nothing.

+1 It should be limited and you should be able to AFK jail. Most of the recent updates have been just huge nerfs to criminals.

Clowns have recently been getting a decent amount of new recruits. Higher ups of the organisation have been in talks that there needs to be a test for associates where they can prove themselves and move up the ranks in Clowns. In the meeting it was decided that we are going to hold a fight club specifically for new recruits. Since using bare fists would take forever, because every single member is tough, the fighters were given brass knuckles Whomever would win the even would instantly be moved to a higher ranking position in the organisation. Victorious associate was - David Quart, who was congratulated by his colleagues for his skill in fist fighting!

-1 Prison still needs many improvements it's only AFK simulator at the moment. Introduce jobs, something to do inside it, then think about making the sentences longer.

+1 on the idea but -1 on: 2. Only with serious reason gang could go to war vs another gang. (define "serious" I just don't like this suggestion the most) 4. All the gang members who are at war must wear their gang clothing/colors/masks. (some factions want to be hidden, why force them into clothing?) 5. To allow the player to take the turf minimum online members at that time should be 8-10. (Maybe a minimum active member count per day 10, but not at a time)

-1 on raiding pd (wtf lol?), maybe make that pd has to deliver their weaponry from like paleto and criminal organizations could try and disrupt the convoy and acquire the guns.

armor would only be for official gangs and i don't think anybody would sell it cheap on the streets.

+1 but this should be high risk and high reward, so it should give more money(even more then 25k), but cops would get notification of it being robbed instantly.

@alexalex303 How is it a luxury item? A vest that every cop has? They have multiple in their car. So you are saying every cop is carrying a luxury item? Instead of doing -1 on every criminal suggestion you should consider these things.
