+1 Would be nice to have a parking lot for boats rather than having to depend on owning one of the few houses with boat access.

+1 BUT, just use the gunstore UI for all stores, I think it is the most recent UI and it has the most features. Managers can take/insert money, place orders, change prices, check logs. Can't sell or rename (unsure about these due to never trying). Furniture in gunstores is a property management permission.

I would like people to not do that, but at the same time, I do not want this to turn into yet another thing that people report others for in attempts to get them punished + cars get stolen and staff need to verify last driver in game. Don't think a rule is needed, but instead should be something that people look at and try to do better.

TBF I do not see what use would the MDC be to criminals, especially considering you'd be taking an officer hostage for a short time. You could honestly just as well do the same thing without the MDC, just hold a cop up and tell them to tell you the number. Unless theres more use that people could make use of, don't think theres a need for it.

All scripted jobs, legal faction or not, dont cost anything to go through. If you are paying, this might be a bug.

+1 Move as much IC as we can to the platform, such as the market. Make advertisements bought ICly rather than real money. Make posts expire, the absolute worst part is just seeing a post from 6 months ago at the top, don't care how VIP you are, it shouldn't be a thing.

I would rather animations were based on the slot the weapon is in.

-1 As mush as I understand what you're trying to get at, there should not be a same level of tech used in toll booths as in speed traps, simply because the speed traps are there for OOC reasons, mainly to protect NCZs. Toll booths on the other hand are not NCZs, and it would not make sense for a person to blast through a toll in a stolen car and get a ticket.

That does sound like a good alternative, could honestly not even require you to use a command at all, would just set their alias when they show you license/badge.

Problem is, this is GTA. You are third person for 99% of the time AND theres no such thing as a unique face.

I can see some benefits in that. For one, I think if you are in the same faction, it should stay after set, after leaving it goes back to the same rules. Biggest benefit of this would be the stop of /alias cop 19 and randomly identifying individuals you have only seen once or twice.

Considering that chop shops were changed after the despawn timers were introduced before the turfs, now random cars will likely be handled a lot more by criminals/leos/mechanics, as chops are always active and there are multiple of them across the map, and active towing will be more frequent from NCZs (as long as tow trucks are working). +1 on just removing the timers.

Dont think people need to worry about PD presence or lack of it as stuff like that usually gets sorted out IC. I like that it is not intended as a place people should be living in, so no stash houses. I don't think there is a need for a teleport, as the increased need in boating along with the aviation would give rise to player operated businesses that would provide transportation, making it much more interesting than a fast travel point. Overall, this is such a massive suggestion that covers so much of what the island could offer, but I think a lot of it would have to be brought in 1 by 1, to avoid forcing everyone out of the mainland and into the small island.

+1 The lock pick system itself needs some work, but this would make it more interesting, not just getting into the car and youre off.

This should also extend with bikes as well. Overall, interactions that have no animation should have an /ame. Because people walking around pressing "E" and calling it "checking if the keys are inside" with 0 RP is just PG.

+1 This would be a good change, as it stands right now, getting injured and barely surviving are completely different, when in reality, you would be far more likely to succumb to your wounds if not treated. Causing GSWs or Stab wounds to apply a bleed effect on you that could only be temporarily treated by yourself or others would be a big plus in how people act and would promote more RP than just popping painkillers.

I think that at the current time the goal will be to find the correct scaling for RL into Game, the numbers are there, it is just something to tweak around with. We obviously do not want real world MPG, as that would basically remove refueling due to the scale, but making it that 1 mile IRL is 4-5 miles IG, would be something to look at and balance accordingly.

Well we are getting a justice department for everyones favorite topic and the FBI does not investigate random officer misconduct. But every other type of thing that FBI would investigate, does already fall under IB. Creating something just to have it, is not necessarily worth the effort as I believe people would agree that it is better to put work into filling the gaps, rather than making copies of what we already have. Even if FIB were to be introduced, the people working there would likely be IB, particularly involved in GND and FIB SWAT or NOOSE, which would end up being current SWAT/SED.

I believe that was the intention and it sort of does have that, just some vehicles are not really efficient. But those same vehicles are not exactly vehicles you would be using for long trips to begin with. There are plenty of good alternatives, and before people bring PD more into this, the cruiser consumption is about average. I think just like any meta vehicles, it will take time for people to find what is good and what is not. I mean the F620 was on the server forever, till eventually people really discovered it.

But it is also more enjoyable to be a medic than sit for 2h farming salary with netflix on, RP is worth more than money.
