The PD has implemented procedures to make sure they PIT realistically in terms of vehicle size etc.

Right now - being in first person makes your character walk bugged as already mentioned here. Perhaps in the future.

We already have VOIP which has a radius that you speak of already implemented. No need for Teamspeak to do this.

We are always working on making more houses, as we see, purchaseable. This was done as early as a couple of weeks ago to a lot of houses.
