The PD has implemented procedures to make sure they PIT realistically in terms of vehicle size etc.

Right now - being in first person makes your character walk bugged as already mentioned here. Perhaps in the future.

We already have VOIP which has a radius that you speak of already implemented. No need for Teamspeak to do this.

Police Vehicles have had their speed adjusted.

Stranger IDs is the way Administrators identify players. For example what could happen if this was implemented, a whole gang could toggle each other's IDs and could posted videos of rule breaking, and administrators would have no way of identifying the rule breakers due to it being toggled.
