Yup because it was too much money.

It would be an animation similar to /frisk where you have to approve the animation with /approveTH or something.

I think its a balance between being realistic and being time consuming. Not always will there be a supervisor that can just "drop" whatever active call or situation they have to come "chat" with a criminal who most likely committed the crime they are being held for. In that regard, making an IA report would be just like "talking" to that supervisor except more effective as it's not coming off as complaining and you are using the correct avenue provided to you by the police department. Almost all the situations I see involving police end up in "/ooc I wasn't doing anything wrong" and this completely ruins immersion. Police move quickly as possible because they are the only ones responsible for handling EVERY crime in the city and it doesn't just stop. As for the court system this would require a complete change in rules and could potentially make people more angry as they now have a trial they have to appear before, hire a lawyer to defend them, get a judge to sit on the case, have a jury... it's time consuming. I also wonder how many people who just avoid court all together, racking up charges and finally getting a sentence that they "don't agree with" or "that was so long ago" after committing all those crimes.

People who are here longer get more welfare which made no sense and was making rich richer, so the welfare was dropped.
-
I think people are waiting to be able to afford one as most people know what the final price will be and/or don't have enough money yet to buy one.

The housing market has seen a steady increase in price as housing is limited to the number of houses in the city physically. Adding these apartments gives more RP quality, less vehicles on the street, a bigger market of homes and locations, etc. If housing was not added the amount to simply buy a house will forever increase as the rich get richer. We do not know the future plans of the developers and honestly we have little say in that regard. I think this change has had a positive affect in letting people in on the housing market instead of the cap increasing as every house gets flipped for profit continuously. We also know a housing tax is coming and it could be very hard to own several apartments/houses with this new tax. 250k is a great price for a 2g especially with the interior and leaves plenty of room for future profit... but those who were impatient and had to have the apartment on drop are the ones who lose for being impatient. 700 apartments on a server that has a rotating player-base of around 500 people at any time doesn't seem unreasonable. I would imagine the player-base is somewhere around 5000 players in an out. The other worthy note is these apartments have no exterior which is a big selling point for real estate. All these signs should of been a thought before investing in something so soon.

+1 would be nice to see

Point is they know and are working on a new menu

bug has been reported previously, please see here Osvaldon has confirmed the Modview is outdated and will have a replacement eventually

+1 NCZ is a haven of unpaid cars parking unrealistically long and this continues regardless of countless tow jobs, PD tickets, or admins deleting entire NCZ lots to remove these vehicles. Bikes are the worst offenders, parking on public walk areas not meant for vehicle traffic. These bikes cannot be towed as they are behind barriers. It's unreasonable to assume LSC and PD can handle the issue considering the amount of people in the city and constantly at the bank. A parking lot area that is close to the bank could solve this issue, almost like a RP under ground garage if you will.

Comet retro is removed and was in dealerships. It's not coming back because its exploitable, which may be the case with other cars too. The developers test these vehicles but even still some slip through the cracks, such as the recently introduced ISSI sport was removed quickly after finding it can exceed the max speed set. These issues are probably why it's hard to add cars

+1 I would think a bank heist would a small group in dark clothing coming near closing, not driving around and waiting at the bank in daylight in a mask. I do think people forget that the city is "populated" with more than just players because RAGE lacks the NPC's.

This has been an issue sense the start, pots don't split like they normally would. There are similar posts to this one already suggesting this be changed
-
+1 some mods dont have this option at all, making them hard to "reset" so this would be great.
-
There is no saying that they won't reset mileage on cars before the next added feature of mileage. I think they added it early to trial the system and make changes.
-
You clearly haven't been on the other end of a robbing, they were never fun and always rushed.most of the time the rp was so rushed they would almost immediately DM you of you took more than 5 seconds. So fun
-
Nah then mileage is pointless, and your engine would still be the same old engine.. You can only replace so many parts before you just have to replace the entire engine
-
I imagine they added mileage to make it more realistic that if you own a car for many years, at least you must replace the engine after X amount of miles. That being said, Supers are super for a reason and while you own an expensive car, you better be ready to pay an expensive fee to repair that car just as if you own a Lamborghini that needs an engine replacement. This is how I see it working realistically.

@Osvaldon vehicles, i assume it loads slowly and looks fully loaded and when you go to scroll too early it will crash. Waiting for a moment will allow it to not crash
-
Date and time (provide timezone): 12:26 PM EST, 5/28/20 Character name: Sampson Jones Issue/bug you are reporting: Credit menu crash Expected behavior: no crash Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: Scrolling too fast results in crashing, similar to what was happening at the furniture store previously. -1 I feel people will use it as a way to clean slate their records on their character, just to roleplay the same character and potentially use the same name and pretend it never happened
