  1. +1 never understood why it wasn't a modification in the vehicle and not an item
  2. +1 phone needs updating all together
  3. +1 it was meta-gamed when the scoreboard also showed players names, and that was adjusted to help. There are a few commands that need adjusting to prevent meta information like /fmembers which shows all online faction members and is definitely used to meta who's online.
  4. The idea of the suggestion is to get the MDC worked on, not just say "well it doesn't do that". I'd love to see some updates on the MDC just like I mentioned in the past, when you could use ID in the MDC system to meta charges which could lead to admin punishment. It really never should of been setup to accept ID's as its OOC.
  5. +1, also /fmembers gets used a lot to meta when people are online. Can't tell you how many times I've just logged in the server and get a phone call from someone in my faction.
  6. Sometimes the script needs changing, like when you could use ID in MDC to add charges which is OOC. Things have to adjust.
  7. You can see the interior in the pictures, there was no mention of rare interior. The yard is actually behind the building with a privacy hedge surrounding, it's the last picture. Thanks for your comments!
  8. He's not wrong phone needs an update. The blocked number hardly works, and does nothing for texts. We were suppose to get an LSC app, but that still hasn't been talked about in ages. We need a button to open and close the phone instead of having to F2 click and find the tiny little button to close. Simple things that would be similar to stuff we already have.
  9. Still for sale! Cheapest 3g in vinewood available right now
  10. Is this even any different than the last post you made or same house
  11. As a long time mechanic in the city I have seen some good suggestions in this thread but also some that have already been attempted. For example, the commission per car was a thing back in the day and I think the main problem with doing commission was the animosity it created between co-workers. Another would be the repair while no mechanics are on duty, this also already exists but is currently de-activated for some unknown reason. I do agree that there are changes that need to be made to make mechanic a little more interesting and less typing. I saw a good suggestion that ECRP added a lot of animations that could be used in the mechanic shop, like the lifts actually working to give that one less /me raises the car on the lift and instead just doing the animation (after all, /me is just there to supplement not having actual animations of your character doing that action). The phone app was also mentioned when we first got the phone upgrade but no updates sense. For me the biggest issues are: having enough employees to hire because of the strict no-crime policy, waiting for weekly paychecks(freelance jobs pays instant & more per hour), the amount of /me /do is horrible, no ability to interact while RP'ing, traffic flow to LSC is much higher due to location, and internal paperwork that slows down the faction, such as waiting on select employees who can conduct interviews or do paperwork(which also feels like a REAL JOB) or even training the new employees.

    Fix poker

+1 to a new poker system.
  13. +1 for the Windsor, still default RED and it's beyond ugly.
  14. Right now you can ooc'ly ask and they have to stop. Otherwise it's considered a rule break and you can report them if they continue.
  15. I think masks are an issue already as many use it as an ultimate tool to hide identity even if the mask doesn't cover their face. I also find it concerning just how many people RP using a mask, as that isn't realistic to walk around the city and half the residents are masked. I would argue they are rule-playing as they are avoiding charges and preventing normal RP. Most of our police laws are based on US law and I think its important to note this: Reasonable suspicion is a legal standard of proof in United States law that is less than probable cause, the legal standard for arrests and warrants, but more than an "inchoate and unparticularized suspicion or 'hunch'"; it must be based on "specific and articulable facts", "taken together with rational inferences from those facts", and the suspicion must be associated with the specific individual. If police additionally have reasonable suspicion that a person so detained is armed and dangerous, they may "frisk" the person for weapons, but not for contraband like drugs. However, if the police develop probable cause during a weapons frisk (by feeling something that could be a weapon or contraband, for example), they may then conduct a full search. Reasonable suspicion is evaluated using the "reasonable person" or "reasonable officer" standard, in which said person in the same circumstances could reasonably suspect a person has been, is, or is about to be engaged in criminal activity; it depends upon the totality of circumstances, and can result from a combination of particular facts, even if each is individually innocuous. A Terry stop in the United States allows the police to briefly detain a person based on reasonable suspicion of involvement in criminal activity. Reasonable suspicion is a lower standard than probable cause which is needed for arrest. Police should be allowed to conclude based on substantial evidence that an individual who's identity matches/car matches and voice matches that they are in fact the person in question. If that individual wants to exercise their rights to an attorney/plead the 5th and not speak at all that is their given right. I do believe the mask is a big over the top.
  16. In real poker if you only bet 1.5k on the hand and two other players say went 20k each in all in and everyone had a 1 pair, the pot would split in favor of those who bet higher. the 1.5k player would only win so much. The split is all messed up on the current poker system.
