If there are IC gains from a rule breach, this can be reported and when the rule breach is confirmed, refunds / assets can be recovered as needed for the RP with proper evidence. Thanks for your suggestion!

We are currently working on an update to the quiz and it does change from time to time. Thank you for the suggestion!

Players are IC at all times, if they dont hear something, they still face the IC consequences to not hearing them. People are allowed to use the volume and mute functions of their PC and we cannot dictate that, though RP continues as is. Thanks for the suggestion!

Car theft is an IC issue and we will not deal with it by creating NCZ car parking lots. Thank you!

When players are downed they are defenseless and too weak to fight back, therefore, they can be picked up by anyone who RP's having the IC strength to do so. Thanks for the suggestion.

Assets are an in-character issue. Players should not be playing on the server or discouraged from playing on the server relating to assets in hand. Assets are assisting with the RP process, not the other way around. Thanks for the suggestion!

"what if my character developed in to a psychopath and just wants to kill the player, it conflicts with this rule and i'll be punished for DM." Yes, RPing a serial killer or psychopath who kills for no reason is against the DM rules. Thanks for the suggestion.

Rule breaks will be dealt with via OOC punishments, as even in jail you are IC and expected to play by the rules. Thank you though for the suggestion.

OOC scamming is against the rules. IC scamming is an IC issue and will remain that way. Thank you for your suggestion.

NEW: Inside or very near to a No Crime Zone, indicated by the HUD or /NCZ command, players may not commit any crime or disobey law enforcement orders but are allowed to flee, lie, or scam IC. CLARIFICATION: This has always been the case but is now clear for new players who have just read the rules that lying and scamming is not protected under NCZ's.
