  3. Great location. Smaller interior but massive exterior (the entire sectioned off exterior is part of the property.) Interior is currently setup with a smaller room for the office and a larger lounge area off of it. Right in the middle of all the main stores on 68. As for the price, I had a lot of ideas for this place and I'm in no rush to get rid of it.
