under section 3 it says "Players may not scam or deceive other players out of character for their property." property meaning houses and vehicles as in you own it and its your property, this needs to be fixed as an admin told me in game reportchat that it only applied to houses.

Shouldnt there be a cooldown on robbing somone? i was robbed 5 times in a matter of 7 minutes, i think it would be a good idea to have a certain cooldown after a person is robbed
