You are missing the point of this new system. Osvaldon pointed out earlier in the topic that these factions are not "staff factions". This is a faction that is being built up by staff members that will later be handed off to a player to lead it. It is a system that we are testing out.

Thank you for your suggestion. We are not interested in re-implementing the removal of the crosshair as that comes with far too many cons than pros. In addition to that, we do not wish to force players into the native GTAV first-person view as it is not something our player base is comfortable with based on a previous community poll. - Serthon

I'm sure if it would be from the faction's treasury the player would value it as well, because if people trash their faction vehicles then our whole budget would be affected and salary cuts could happen etc.

I keep hearing this from the illegal side, saying that admins give special treatment to members of the LSPD faction yet I have had no reports come to me about anything of the likes. Can you provide me with links to forum reports where such accusations take place in the future?

As a short & quick response to the PD camping banks accusation, we do not allow faction members to do so. If this happens, then it should be IA reported not brought up in a suggestion 2 weeks later.

Senior Administrators do not only deal with punishment appeals. If you check the staff roster, you'd see that all of us are involved in many areas of the staff team. I for example assist Osborn with leading the administrator team. A lot of my time goes to reviewing administrators, assisting them etc. Even if you put our areas aside, we are still, as the title says, Senior Administrators. We deal with investigations into serious rule breaches, discuss day-to-day operations and assist with managing the server. Dealing with the appeals was not an issue for example three months ago, but as you said, there has been a player growth. It is not a simple process to just promote other Administrators to Senior Administrator, as the latter is a rank that is difficult to achieve for many reasons. We do our best to respond to appeals, and whilst I agree that response times are not as fast as player reports for example, we attempt to resolve appeals as swiftly as possible.
