  1. I understand where you are coming from, but what if I just had my nose adjusted or an eyebrow lifted? The system that would be put in place would consider it as a plastic surgery and all of the /alias would get wiped. Of course, it is possible to change the system accordingly- I wouldn’t mind, however, from how the suggestion is written - it lacks more detailed. For example, the /alias is removed for people who met you or all the /alias is removed for you? More detail would explain more, -1.
  2. To play grand Theft Auto (GTA) 5 you firstly have to buy it. You can do that either through Steam or Rockstar Games directly. Download it once bought and voila. In order to play on the server, you will be required to download Rage MP (multiplayer) launcher, it can be downloaded from google. After successful download you are able to join the server with the correct IP address.
  3. The idea itself would make a lot of sense, for example, upon your death a mobile phone could be picked up and contacts could be seen and/or contacted. There could also be a way to protect it, for example, a code on your phone or something like that. On the other hand, a lot of people have said that it would just destroy your character's development and it would affect it very much, that is the main reason why I do not want to see such thing implemented, it would be a huge sit-back for the character itself.
  4. I would love to see something like that as now, if you do find a serial number and run it, you do not actually know if the serial number on that weapon has been removed way before it was actually given to the person you take it from, this would add more realism to the role-play and the game itself. +1.
  5. I would love to see this being implemented one way or another. To my knowledge, MD can also put them in the ambulance if they are close to the doors or something, so with proper role-play this could be modified for all the players to do the same with their vehicles. The fact, that you can only put injured bodies in the trunk of the vehicle makes it less realistic than in the back of the vehicle or something. +1.
  6. Even though your suggestion makes some sense and shines the light on what you would like to see in the future, I still do strongly believe that commands such as /me and /do are the founding fathers of the role-play. They are very important since they allow us to create our own role-play without the need of forcing anything on anyone. If at any point one of the role-playing command was forced onto someone to agree without any other possible outcome - that's not role-play, that's force-play.
  7. +1, this would be very beneficial.
  8. I understand where you are coming from, but lets be realistic, at the back of our minds it is still a game. If we make a mistake while we role-play, what we do is jump into OOC chat and apologize, try to solve it. Of course, we are all here to make role-playing better experience and I do not believe that having 700 minutes in jail would make criminals smarter, it would make them more reason just to fight you even if it is just a traffic violation, why would someone go to jail at all if there is no limit to what you can get. This takes all the fun fully out of the game, of course, you don't have to sit in there for 6 hours a day and you can only play lets say... 3 hours total three times a week, so two of those play days are already ruined and you will only get such a small amount of time for playing. Organized crime is supposed to be well organized, but not everyone is smart enough to know how the Police works and I do not believe that if somebody did not do their homework properly - should not be punished with 700 minutes in jail, I think a cap would even put more interest for prison role-playing since you know the maximum amount in jail you can be is two hours, might as well utilize that time normally rather than 6 hours which is 2 full Avengers End Game movies or lots of Beyonce Super Bowl performances.
  9. It would make the most sense that snow appears and disappears depending on the weather. For example, if it is raining heavily, of course, the snow will turn to mush and it will no longer be actual snow nor sound like one. I also believe that's where script limitation comes in. You either have the snow or you do not have it, there is no in between. I would love to see that depending on the weather, the snow is adjusted accordingly, but I also believe that the game will not have "snow in between". Either raining and no snow. Sunny and wet due to snow or snowing and full of snow.
  10. I do agree with simplification of map icons as I've noticed that the maximum amount of icons you can review on your map (the name of them) is a 100 and, for example, when you try to review a unit number on a governmental vehicle, lets say LSPD vehicle, it doesn't show the number plate even though it should as it is put in the GPS and should be available to be viewed at all times. I do, however, like what the two post above me person said about the renaming job names, it may be temporary jobs for most of us, however, there is still a bit that may consider those as their full-time jobs since their character is focusing around them etc.
  11. I do understand what you mean, basically, to make a channel that would inform all the players (that use discord, only those) of all the bugs that may affect you game. I do not believe that's the path we should take and once you find it - report it on the forums as we have been doing to this day, the easiest way. If there is a bug, people will most likely encounter it regardless. There are some bugs that are harmful to the economy and the role-play quality and if you announce those - oh boy, it ain't gonna be good. I believe that we have a sufficient way of reporting bugs through forums. https://forum.eclipse-rp.net/forum/5-bug-reports/

    THE TAZERS

There are departmental protocols and procedures that prohibit us from literally tazing a person until their hair turn red. We do not even taze people in the water and if somebody does - they will get yelled at ICly as this could potentially kill someone, it is all within the departmental protocols and procedures ICly, however, it is also unfair after you get tazed and then those 10 seconds expire - you just stand up and run. This has happened so many times it is ridiculous. I don't even believe your suggestion is explained properly. -1.
  13. All I can do is bow to the creator of this server suggestion. I believe we have discussed this on discord days or weeks ago, however, I still stand behind all what is being suggested. It is very fun to stack charges to someone from someone who may be corrupt and the guy has to spend half of his playtime in jail dealing with it which I find to be necessary. Of course, that jail time cap would bring back all of it again "put as many charges as you want, I'll be in jail for 120 days", however, I would rather be in that environment where some action happens and people are not afraid to develop their criminal characters while doing some criminal stuff AND not being afraid of having to sit in jail for 700 minutes as it would be capped lets say at 120 minutes. +1.
  14. It would actually be cool to have something like this and would allow more RP from the law enforcement point of view and possibly the criminals, ensuring that their fingerprints are not placed everywhere etc. I'd love to see this at some point. +1.
  15. I do dislike these timers and I'd rather roleplay it myself, of course, there are some individuals who ignore the purpose of roleplaying and timers do slow them down, however, I am not a huge fan of drinking water timer which takes way too long, like the person above me said. This time it's -1 for this suggestion.
  16. I meant it would be more realistic if you exited the car - the doors would remain open until you actually close it. In order to lock your vehicle from the outside all doors must be closed. I'd love to see this in the server.
  17. That would be so helpful. It is finally time to properly name every single bit of clothing! +1

    NCZ Change

I would absolutely love to see this idea come to real life in the server. Of course, there might be some confusion in the beginning here and there, however, the way you described it - makes much more sense and gives more wiggle room for possible more RP situations.
  19. It would be a good idea, however, like multiple comments above said that it has to be strictly monitored and even maybe approved or done by the Administrators. For example, it would be something like transfer requests, however, if it is approved an Administrator would just remove/kill the character and that would be it. +1.
  20. It would be more realistic if they did that. Absolutely +1.
  21. Realistically, you can shoot at whatever speed you want, however, there are some risks involved. For example, of course, your aim will be whack as you are going at high speeds, the road is not even at all times and then there is a risk of crashing, flipping your vehicle and whatnot. You have to aim and then focus on the road which is very difficult, if the developers could appropriately deal with such conditions I'd be for this idea as it would be more interesting. Of course, pulling out an AK-47 while driving at 180 km/h would be somewhat unrealistic, therefore, making it realistic and involving all the conditions like disorientation would be cool to see.
  22. +1, locations should be reworked accordingly.
  23. This happens mostly to people who are located in Asia or down below. Like the post above says, that’s what I do and it work for me. I get it every time as I’m located in china.
  24. So. I believe it is is one of the Los Santos Police Department handbooks that outlines that you should be using the name of the person and not their in-game player ID. If, the person or persons, have given you their identification through /license - you may use their in-game player ID at that time as you would regardless receive the same outcome if that makes sense? If you only have the person /alias and you see them committing a crime, it would be big times server rule breach to use your in-game Player ID to search your full, actual name because there is a chance that the /alias might be incorrect or you had a name change. So. If somebody gets arrested. Your mask is taken after you have been placed in cuffs. Then you are searched for any items and lastly your ID is checked, with your full name on it. We put that name through MDC and you will just pop out there. If, at any point, the Officer just puts your ID and finds out your name, phone number or previous charges without you giving your ID to them using /license - that's big times meta.
  25. Yes, understandable, however, I doubt that's okay? If I am off-duty from a specific faction, I should not be able to use any of the commands nor see anything related to that faction.
