  1. Miss-using the bleet function should result in the player being muted for 3 hours, repeatedly use should mute them for 24 hours+ +1
  2. Aye, its sad that most robbers don't really want to roleplay ( As you said, they count down and basically shoot you if you ain't fast enough to type or respond ) Hopefully we will get rid of those trash players and at one point increase the overall roleplay, so stuff like above could be roleplayed.
  3. Fact is that most of the time it ain't worth robbing civilians. If you are lucky you get a burger and maybe a radio or weak gun. People who rob civilians don't do it because of lack of criminal content, but because they find it amusing to be in control and free stuff never hurt no criminal, right?
  4. I like the smuggling thing, but not the Bounty Hunter job. Server is already filled with people looking for an excuse to KOS or DM, we don't need to give them another excuse. If you want to be a Bounty Hunter, check on the forums for companies hiring or make your own. The server is already focused a lot towards criminal content, so if the choice is between Criminal or Civilian focused development, then I'd definitely say that we should focus more on Civilian content. And criminals won't stop robbing civilians just because we add more content, I'm pretty sure that robbers rob because it's fun driving around and fucking with people, not because it's that profitable.
  5. There's a clear difference between pulling out a weapon and disarming someone. Most players have their weapons located at either their back ( where the gun is script wised placed at the waist ) or at the front. That means that the person would have to first reach for his weapon, put the safety off, and then take aim at the robber. Obviously that motion would give the robber way too much time to react, and would most likely end wrong ( Which is why asspulling a gun when you are being robbed is against the fear rule ) But, disarming a robber with your hands, is much quicker, require less motion, and if you have trained enough, greatly reduces chances of injuries. You can even take disarming classes, which is why I don't consider it to be against the fear rp rule to actually try to disarm a robber. This video actually shows the whole disarming of a gun vs can it be done really well. Note that both of these men in the video are Spec Ops, and have obviously had serious weapon training, meaning that their respond time is properly better than the average joe. In real life, most robbers bail if they lose the upper hand of a situation, such as getting disarmed. This is another funny video about a guy getting disarmed Saying shit like "/me I saw you move so I Shoot you " is wack and what keeps the rp level of the server low. Most robbers don't like to roleplay, and as soon as they think they are getting out roleplayed, they do some spec ops force shit and excuse it with " I was in the military ". Don't be like them. Anyway, just wanted to clear my point.
  6. If I may. I think it's important to notice the difference when it come to people talking about fear roleplay. Fearing for your life, does not mean that you can't do any actions that further endangers your life. For example, if someone got a gun aimed at you, while being very close to you, withdrawing a weapon and shooting would be a clear breach of the fear rule. This is because in real life, you wouldn't try pulling a gun against someone who already got theirs drawn. The amount of times it take to withdraw your gun, aim and fire, would in real life, be far too risky, thus making the action a breach against the fear rp rule. But, in real life, if somebody got a gun close to you, you might try to disarm the robber, if you think you can do it. Now, while you can still fear for your life while disarming a person, at least its realistic as it's much faster than withdrawing a gun, therefore increasing your chance of survival. But, related to the topic; I myself hate doing " /do Would I succed " as it feels like I'm forcing the roleplay towards a certain path. But then again, we have players on the server that can't even tell you the difference between /do and /me, so /do would I succed is the result of a low level roleplay server. If the general players roleplay improved, /do would I succed wouldn't even be necessary.

    Phone hotkey

Schrõdinger's vote If its easy to implement, then I wouldn't mind it If it's hard to implement, then I rather have dev. focus on something else.
  8. Kulans as in the camo guys that keep robbing people or ?
  9. I'm pretty sure this is a very normal punishment in south Asia. Now the only question is, are you still gonna steal cars after this episode?
  10. I feel like the server administratives are the ones to blame for the current state of our server. Things such as: - Not enough server administrative online to punish rule breakers ( Most time I or my friend have reported, we wait for at least 10+ minutes, which in most cases, means that the situation/problem that we were reporting about, is now way too late for an admin to deal with, resulting in the admin telling us to go to forum ) - Light punishments ( Both IC and OOC. Without a valid government ((Which we are really not receiving enough information about, except for " its coming " )) IC laws can't be increased. and the OOC punishments are not harsh enough, if you ask me. People should be afraid to break rules, not just take it lightly ) - Weak Entry Quiz ( The entry Quiz, as it is, is not working at all, if it did, we wouldn't have so many people who are unaware of the rules / can't rp for shizzle ) - Not enough content ( As it is, criminal scripting is currently being focused on rather than civilian scripting. Things such as warehouses, the ability to rob a store, /frisk command available to everyone, easy acces to weapon licenses and guns ) are all factors that allows robbers to behave as they do, on the server. That being said, we as players should also try to act as much as possible, by filming more and making more player complaints against rule breakers. I understand admins cant solely get all of the rule breakers, but I do think that if the above mentioned problems were looked into, the overall number of rule breakers would be reduced.
  11. +1 I would enjoy the possibility to go on a hike with some mates, find a good spot and fish. Maybe adding more fish shops that pays differently depending on how many players are delivering fish. Like, if 10 players deliver their fish at Fish Shop A, Fish Shop A start to pay less for their fish ( supply and demand ) On that, a whole restaurant system could be build. (( Red Dead Redemption: San Andreas ))
  12. So, I'm currently experiencing some lag and desynch issues on Rage. In SP I get 35 fps and no lag spikes at all. But when I'm on the server, I lag when entering a new area, as well as get desynched constantly ( Even though my internet is good ) In SP I can go 200+ km/h all around the map without getting any lag at all, yet in MP I can barely go 100+ without constantly lagging. Anyone experienced anything like this and got a fix? I haven't found anything on the internet that have helped me yet.

    Paintball

Truth be told, I suck I ain't good at shooting. Which is why it would be cool to have a Paintball arena. Adding a paintball arena gives player the opportunity to train their shooting, have a friendly duel or host competitions to see who's the quickest gun ( Without having to actually die and lose your stuff ) Keeping it simple, I'd like to offer some suggestions on the parameters that should be included. - Private (PW protected) / Public match option - Team Deathmatch / Free for all - Timer ( up to 15 minutes ) - Weapons ( Every gun available on the server, melee or firearm ) - Maps ( Preferably small maps/closed locations & interiors) - Entry Fee ( Whoever gets most kill after the round is completed, receives the entry fee from all other players that participated ) I remember having a paintball arena back on SAMP, and a lot of people enjoyed it. So I think you guys would enjoy it as well.
  14. +1 Adding farms allow more farmers to work at the same time, which may also reduce their chances of getting robbed.
  15. +1 Having an active rule like this, would give admins the ability to punish these players, and hopefully scare other people from breaking said rule.
  16. +1 Would be nice if I could read other peoples review of a car before buying it myself.
  17. +1 would be nice, but I can already see how the money transporter job would be abused if you could rob it for cash.
  18. I'd like for hats and glasses to be togable +1 for that. But I don't support being able to toggle clothing ( From fully dressed to underwear/bikini/bathing suit ) Already now I'm seeing players walking around in underwear for no apparent rp reason ( Mostly seen on new players ) I think it would be abused by trolls.
  19. Date and time (provide timezone): 01/05/2019 Character name: John Vasquez Issue/bug you are reporting: Farm job : Tow issue Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: - If a vehicle ( Tractor ) has been towed by the police, the player is unable to quit the job as /returnvehicle does not count the vehicle as towed/returned. > Get a tractor from a farm > Let PD tow and impound it > Player can't quit job as the job still require you to /returnvehicle Re-logging fixes the problem, as the vehicle automatically gets returned upon leaving the server. Vehicle license plate number*: N/A
  20. +1 People already consider /handsup robberies for roleplay, if we allow everyone to attack the prison without admin approval, people will just use the same bad excuses " my friend is in jail / I dont like cops / somebody said something / im bored and cant roleplay " to attack the prison. Attacking the prison without any prior roleplay actions ( Planning phase etc ) and without admin approval, should honestly just result in an admin punishment ( Jail, not ban tho )

    First person

I enjoy first person, I really do, but I don't think the server should be only first person. Maybe test for a week, where people on foot are limited to first person? Would make it seem more immersive, and people can't pretend to have eyes in their backhead. That being said, I also think that the first person should be fixed. As of now, players in first person looks like they are holding an invisible gun, which looks stupid when they walk around. Would be fun to limit driving in first person, imagine people in super cars trying not to crash inside the city while trying to go their usual 180+ ( Let's be honest, first person driving would prob. fix like 50% of the non rp driving )
  22. I like your suggestion regarding violations, and I want to build on that. I believe that the fines should be automatically added to the vehicle, as your suggestion, would most likely do little to nothing regarding the whole speeding issue at hand. But I do believe that when a vehicle have received X amount of tickets ( totaling over 25k ) that a bolo should automatically be added to some kind of police computer or command Officer would then be able to acces the bolo both in game ( showing all current ig bolo's) and over the panel, showing a complet list of bolos and whos the owner of the car etc. ( showing both online and offline bolos ) Direct respond; 1) I agree to have them set at the NCZ, but I also think some should be placed around the city, such as the southbound road at bank where people always go flying over the top. 2) mentioned earlier 3)A Mobile speed device showing the model and the speed would def. be nice for the police. Maybe a hand held scanner to make it more practical? 4)I spoke about this earlier, but if the devicer also showed if a car had a bolo on it, that would be neat.
