The UNRP driving is not an in-character issue, it's a community issue.

-1 Just rework the system so that it is automated. I'd much prefer PD was able to set an amount of time for the car to be impounded for and once that time is up the person can go get their car provided they have a license, not currently wanted and can pay the fee. Nobody enjoys impound RP. Civilians, Criminals and other legal RP'ers don't enjoy waiting around for 30 minutes (sometimes hours) and cops don't enjoy having to get them out.

That car was likely spawned in by a Senior Admin+ who was testing the vehicle, currently it is not available. There is no confirmation as to whether the vehicle will ever be available to purchase, I am afraid.

Question answered, archived. @OBESE in the future keep the conspiracy theories to yourself.

I believe it is entirely tied to your post count. More posts = higher rank.

This is not a discussion for the community, as BLS courses are handled IC'ly via members within the Medical Department Faction. We can't help you here, you'll need to contact them IC'ly (which you can do through the .gov forums) to arrange a time more convenient for you. Archived.

You will receive an email upon your acceptance/denial. If you are denied the email will provide the reasoning. If you have any more questions feel free to ask them in #I_have_a_question on our discord. Archived.

There is no mistake. The reason for your denial clearly says that you did not provide sufficient enough example with the /me, /do and /my commands. That's why we have an RP guide here: And this forum and discord where you can ask questions pertaining to RP to better understand how it works. This isn't the place to complain or express your shame in staff. Archived.

+1 I am not sure what causes this, is this part of vanilla GTA? But yes, it's annoying, especially as it makes it difficult for people with female characters to do anything with any level of finesse. Hard to stay in a SWAT formation when you're moving 10x the speed as everybody else.

The best you can do for now is file Internal Affair reports against Officers whenever you are convicted and LSPD will investigate whether or not your complaint is legitimate. However, I would not hold my breathe on a charge being overturned. I have been a part of LSPD for over a year now and I have only ever seen it happen a handful of times and that was for minor misdemeanours, not felonies. You'd need serious evidence, as currently the justice system relies on the 'relayed witness' system. I,e if an Officer sees you do something, then they can charge and jail you, no questions asked. It isn't perfect, but until, if, we get a legal system set up with scripting it's the best we can do. As right now there isn't any way we could even remove a charge once you've served it, so we'd have to put in an OOC ticket explaining that the charge is overturned.

+1 Allow people to interact with the bag inventory while it is on them and people can quite simply hide their AK in the duffle bag and pull it out when needed, if they wish to conceal it.

Thank you for this informative bulletin. As a business owner I will now be delivering all my goods myself.

1.4 Execution(s) We don't allow this, because then every interaction would result in you just killing whoever it is you committed a crime in front of. The server is about advocating creative RP situations and interesting RP. Not rob > kill. Your claim that a reasonable criminal would also kill whoever was a witness to the crime IRL is also just not true, the number of criminals and criminal activity far outweighs the number of killers, because robbing someone is very different from killing somebody and it's not something most people do lightly. 1.5 OOC Corruption Rule(s) OOC corruption rules are in place to keep a realistic ratio of corrupt to non-corrupt Medics/Officers. If we had no OOC standards then every 3rd Officer would be corrupt, which would be unrealistic. If Officers wants to be corrupt then they can develop the backstory for it and then contact the leadership of their faction for permission, this has been done before a few times. Corruption RP is not something everybody gets to do, and never will be, because it doesn't make sense in most cases for a cop to suddenly like hanging around with cop killers. Secondly, this goes the other way too. You say it corruption should be a choice, but then there would be nothing whatsoever stopping a LEO from piling you with false charges, putting you in massive debt and giving you an extremely long prison time. OOC corruption rules exist to maintain quality within the factions themselves and the other people they interact with on the server. This is not metagaming or Non-RP, because players agree to this before joining the faction, with the full understand that we expect them to develop their characters realistically. If they want to be corrupt then that opportunity is available, so long as they develop their characters realistically over time. It wouldn't make sense for a brand new Cadet to just suddenly start taking bribes, slapping charges on people he hates and executing people. There exists RP standards.
