  1. Still, nobody goes around with an AR in two parts unless you plan on doing a mass shooting or something. The realism just isn't there where criminals are carrying around AR-15's which aren't even put together. If you are carrying a heavy weapon you should either be forced to do it smartly (in a bag, in a car) or otherwise have a target on your back since everyone will know you have one slung over your back.
  2. This is a problem with vehicle inventory size, not with my suggestion. You can store them in the trunk if you need to.
  3. I think you should be forced to drop it like you do now. When do you really search through a bag that you're carrying? Whether it be a backpack or a duffle bag. Always you will place it on a surface to open it not search through it while you are carrying it.
  4. We have a debt system now. Just add it to the persons debt instead of kicking them out of the car.
  5. Yes only the weapons that are way too big to conceal effectively. AK-47, Carbine, Shotgun, SMG. Uzi and stuff like that I think it's ok to conceal just like a handgun.
  6. Bumping this up! Need more input on the idea!
  7. So my suggestion is we place an NPC or something who will act as a worker at the impound. The impound will work the same way. If you need your car released you should ring the bell at the impound. When the bell rings, police officers get sent a notice in their chat (How they currently do). So, we would search the name who rang the bell on the MDC for unpaid tickets or warrants. If they are clear to go, the RPly the NPC will release the vehicle. Actually, the officer who searched will have to remotely /viewimpound and /releaseimpound the persons vehicles. If they are not clear to go because of outstanding tickets, the officer will not release it and with a new command will force the NPC to say "You have outstanding tickets that must be paid" This can already be done I assume because we have the shopkeepers getting robbed who will enter chat to the robbers. If they are not clear to go because they are wanted, the officer will likely go to the impound to arrest this person with the NPC saying nothing. I think this will significantly reduce the wait time at the impound lot. Some people have waited there for IRL 2 or 3 hours because cops don't really like to do impound releases and see it more as a chore. If we make the chore much easier then it will be done more often and make everyone's lives a lot easier.
  8. You either wait a long time or go to Central MD and get a medic to use a keybind to do repetitive RP and /heal you. I don't like either choice. A realistic choice of providing some sort of item in the grocery store would be better. Clearly we disagree but I would like to hear other peoples stance on this.
  9. There's no way for us to heal to 100% in a reasonable amount of time without going to MD. Considering a lot of criminals are on this server they will always want to be topped off to 100% health before engaging in any criminal activity to give them the best chance of coming out on top.
  10. Right, but you don't go to the hospital to get a painkiller or to get a bandaid. You go to your local store and buy it. Why add unnecessary and unrealistic RP scenarios just for the sake of giving somebody something to RP. Half of the medics use a keybind to pull out painkillers from their BLS kit and hand them to the person. How is that meaningful RP? And I'm not saying that people shouldn't go to Central MD if they feel like RPing a serious injury. Anyone who seeks out good RP can still go to MD and RP out a good scenario.
  11. Right, but even if you ram your motorcycle into a light post and then you go to Central MD 95% of players will RP just needing a painkiller or a bandaid. So why waste the medics time? If they want to RP a big injury and go to the hospital there's nothing that would prevent them. It's not like we're taking /heal away from medics.
  12. The course provided by EMT's doesn't provide /heal AFAIK. Only /cpr. If it provided /heal it would be heavily abused. There is no way to heal right now to full HP without going to a medic and asking for a painkiller or bandage.
