+1 on increasing the max sentence time but befgore implementin that there must be changes to prison funictions. Like jobs for people to do to get decreased time. Also i believe that max sentencign time should be 5 not 8 hours

In my opinion, there should come some changes regarding guns. First things first, I think that a faster time to kill should be implemented. I am sick of shooting people 2 to 4 times in the head before they get knocked down. A better time to kill system should be implemented and also if possible a custom wound system that recognizes where your wound is and automatically applies a loss of blood/health effect till you get it bandaged up. Moreover, I am of the opinion that gun pricing is too expensive, while I do understand the dev's point of view I do want to say that guns(pistols) costing 10k+ is not only unrealistic but also hard to justify the purchase as in less than 2 hours you are probably going to get it stolen from robbers. With a faster time to kill, I do also believe that body armor for criminals should be more affordable as you are going to have to shoot someone 10 times to kill them.

So, My idea is to add North Yankton to the server as an addition to the map. North Yankton could be a good addition to the server as it would bring with it more job positions. First things first, Police stations, Hospital would be added as the basic infrastructure of the city. After that jobs only available to North Yankton could be added like, A "Snow Shoveler" that would have a vehicle that would push snow away from the road or pavement, etc. For that, I think dynamic snow could be added so vehicles would control and behave differently in the snow. Moreover in order to get to North Yankton, a pilot job, could be added to take players from Los Santos to North Yankton, or if not possible a "marker" near the airport that when you paid a certain fee you would be taken to North Yankton Airport. Also, Buyable Storage facilities would be implemented so players could store stuff in them, like crates or maybe furniture imports that would be transported to Los Santos to be placed on sale. I know that the suggestion still needs improvements, but I think that if Nort Yankton was added we could see an improvement on not only civilian but also criminal RP.
