Could simply be the rifle scope already within the game for example. Name tags/ids would ideally NOT appear when viewed through the scope. 2 4

The model exists and the functionality of binoculars exist. There is a LOT that can be created through C# and JS, but it's also possible to mod the game with dlcpacks.
