TeamSpeakUser Posted December 30, 2017 Report Posted December 30, 2017 Simple suggestion, no idea how hard it will be to add. But just to make everyone's name white no matter if they are on duty or not that way it can't be meta gamed knowing if someone is on duty accidently or otherwise. 3 1
Triple Seven Posted December 30, 2017 Report Posted December 30, 2017 +1, no further explaining necessary. Prevents metagaming
NoewUH Posted December 31, 2017 Report Posted December 31, 2017 -1/+1 Hard to justify this. Nametags give us information OOCly. Similar to how we would receive information ICly through nametags, badges, crew tags, etc.
Eletrix Posted January 3, 2018 Report Posted January 3, 2018 +1 legit this wouldn't be that hard of a change literally just a toggle.

InvalidSun Posted January 4, 2018 Report Posted January 4, 2018 Hmm, I feel like this would be a good addition. The only information gained OOC'ly from this would be whether or not someone works for someone and whether they are on duty. Both should be asked in-character anyways, since these are questions you ask co-workers in the real world. I feel it could add to the immersion.
inorigj Posted January 11, 2018 Report Posted January 11, 2018 (edited) +1 this has been something I have actually been thinking about since I started playing back in May. Since you instinctively react to the color of the name. Like if you are speeding and you see blue text you instinctively slow down even if you icly don't know if its an officer there or a civilian.
