Less rain

As the tittle suggests. 

It rains way too often at the current rate, in my opinion. I'd love to see it be reduced significantly. 

Not much else to add to be honest.

+1 - The constant rain is definitely annoying, a weather system based on Los Angeles could've been interesting, then I realized we'd never see rain again.

But yes, it seems the script for weather, once it rains, has a hard time recovering to dry weather

I just think the frequency is fine. I've never been annoyed by it or thought the frequency was too great. Driving in the rain can be fun at times too

I think rain once in a while is nice, but not as frequent as it is right now.

+1 I know this is an old threat but it rains too frequent! and is way to buggy to be this frequent it causes vdm issues and other desync issues.

Islands get a lot of rain, wish it would rain more now.

Weather syncing has been updated and it rains a lot less since.. a year ago?
