Hey @jefree, as copes said, the mods+ who make the appeals have several other things that they need to take care of. Decision appeals are things that get taken care of when time is allotted - they also live lives like everyone else. Would be unfair to think that since we have the role of staff that we cant live a life outside of staff duties. Just be patient and the appeal will be handled with! We promise we see it, it just takes time :)!

People who can afford expensive cars can pay the expensive fees. How its work in real life with more expensive maint fees and such.

From someone who has 5 characters, I would suggest setting up a day to day schedule if you have time to devote weekly active hours. All of my characters are "trolls" to go around and goof on but if you want to develop two or mains, id suggest above what I said. Best of luck, its a challenge but fun to play on multiple!

Sorry for my rather "lousy response" but if someone wishes to RP a character that is racist then they may. I feel personally if we start to "blanket" character options then we kill RP within the server. To each their own, best of luck!

Again said as above, Ballin addressed this issue a few weeks back with stating vulgar racist or such rp should be asked for via consent and not a slur thrown around. Changes were made simply because of streaming guidelines and such. Now, even if the route were to be taken in the form of a punishment, i really don’t see that being of much change. Rule breaks happen all the time, I can’t see if we were to strictly enforce the OOC consent rule any more than the others to be of much help. Rules are set forth to stop people from starting chaos but it still happens, sadly.

Truly wonderful reading this guys, PLEASE never stop this. I would love to see a refresher on the values and how you guys have evolved around the new gangs/environments in the city. It all really depends on your ping and how many people are using your bandwidth. Ive had the same problem with having 5 people on the same bandwidth with 500 down and 600 up. With time it eventually fixed. Are you still experiencing issues?

Love this thread. Mixed with serious roleplay and lore while mixing in comedic instances. Good to see!

Cannot tell you guys how fun and exciting it is to read this thread. The time you put into this faction shows: the quality of your rp when faced with conflict, the quality of your members and how they act, etc etc. Every interaction with the Aztecas is a pure one - never have had to question the morals and quality of this faction. Well done you guys, very impressed.

With how it runs currently, all government factions have to tab out and do work within the forums such as responding to emails, doing all paperwork, and keeping track of employees. The implementation of this would be similar to Life Invader where you need to sign in and it’s just an updated UI of the current government website. This for one will lower the cases of incidents where people are missing out on RP or not responding to situation due to sound being cut when tabbed out. Having it on the phone will make the UI small enough to where the player can see around and hear the surroundings so no rp has been missed. Another reason this would be beneficial is because it doesn’t separate my time from the server on a website, I can use the IC website ICly via the phone. As someone who keeps track of staff and districts, this addition would mitigate several problems and over all would be a great addition for all government employees to better keep track of emails and such. The addition of this of course would not be the new way to use the government forums, but having the option to respond to an email or to reference a file would be very nice - I’m sure most government employees can attest.

When I was in SD, this was a very big issue. Makes identifying calls impossible and being a supervisor even harder when sifting through calls trying to assess which call is for which faction.

-1, This doesn’t promoted criminal rp. This promotes gangs getting spawned proxies of what they had before. Normal civilians wouldn’t be able to do this unless they were in a gang, small criminals wouldn’t be able to have part since gangs out number 30:1, and finally this sounds like online gta. Sounds like a side mission you would do with a few buddies.

That's because its fail rp if you try to get a painkiller after being shot from a shootout or if you would without a doubt have extending injuries. If you call for a medic via 911, then you'll get your mobile treatment you alluded to. If you want to make everything in the game robotic and AI driven, then I wouldn't have a job in the game - adding this mechanic would only prohibit all the medics in what we can do and who we can treat.

-1 on the proposal of illegal medics as it seems quite unrealistic and drawn out. This just sounds like a way to get out of rp with a legitimate medic. As a medic myself, I find the chaos of a GSW scene very interesting - not only would this take out the rp and job purpose for me, it would also take out the opportunity for yourself to rp the injury. If you get shot up on a gang meeting gone wrong and you only have to drive him to an illegal medic who will do it without any rp, I feel like that destroys rp sense. Please note that im against the hospital drop offs solely because a lot of people do bring their buddies there to drop off and further skip the rp however I do see it as a way for people to get treatment if me and my fellow medics are swamped with calls or no medics are online. HOWEVER, I do see the upside to incorporating a drop off at Pillbox and Sandy MD so the drive is not as risky or strenuous if youre not directly in the city.

We've all seen the bank being a gathering of the masses where everyone just sits and hangs out. What should be built or brought up is a nice large coffee shop where people can hangout inside and outside. This place can sell drinks and snacks while also offering a nice place for people to go on dates, meetings, and for people to just casually hangout with each other. Personally I feel like this would be a nice alternative to the bank where parking is always cluttered and is faced on a huge busy roadway - having a large shop with actual parking could offer organization and offer a safe place for people to gather.

BUMP, this idea sounds amazing. Especially for newer players or for a group of friends who want to buy a house. Definitely would be used a lot and can be a huge resource for everyone. +1
