HUGE + 1, I always bring up the idea that if you are a gang banger, you will die for your brothers in arms, you will put your life in danger to fight back even if the odd is your life is put into danger. Reality is that not everyone is fearful for death, especially when you have the mindset of a brotherhood or a group. Look into real life, a crip and a blood will fight to the death even if it mean death, their goal is traction on an on going war. If we want to keep eclipse as one of the most realistic servers, I feel it is 100 percent necessary to restrict the fear rp drastically. Someone has already commented saying it’s nearly powergaming which I agree, restricting the other parties options to only being a coward under a rule where it then will put them at a stage of paying for all their stuff because they had no other option to fight back.

I only say no illegal items because this would be stored in the bank which is a NCZ. If terms come with terms and the police is needed to take the illegal items, we kinda have a NCZ breach if we allow players to store drugs and other illegal items. I agree with your pistol statement. I think you and I are on the same page!

Young Mara's dad, Rico Salvatrucha, was the founder and gang boss of the worlds most infamous prison gang, MS-13. Named after Mara, Rico started MS-13 to start a life of wealth for his new son and former wife. In childhood years, Maras dad would bring young Mara to local council meetings where all the Salvadorian gangs would meet up and discuss profit cuts and alliance standings. With doing so, Mara caught his first sight into gang life just at a mere four-years old. As Mara grew into teenage years, Maras dad started introducing him into the crime aspect of MS-13 which stewed the pot for Maras setup in life. Young Mara would persuade with ease to have the posse come in and help him with an injured merchant by offering them a part of the merchants goods - after leading them blindly into the snake pit, Mara would signal for the crew to detain and execute by fire and beheading. This night made Mara realize his ability to manipulate the weak and strong and motivated him to use his smarts to empower himself and for those who stay loyal to him. Teenage Years Although while at night Mara would be taking a hit on someone or going to meet a dealer for selling, Mara excelled at the Salvadorian School of Christ, a private catholic high school for the ones who could afford the high tuition of $45,000 a year. Mara would succeed in math and science earning a 4.3 GPA by his senior year of high school. While Mara loved being free to do whatever crime related, since MS-13 paid off federal judges and law enforcement, Mara also for a short time looked onto leaving the life of hate and violence. While still participating in highly illegal activities and practicing his manipulative mind games, he started to apply to American schools to later become a doctor. During the time Mara was growing to adulthood, Mara's dad was shot dead at a gang council meeting. This destroys Mara as he is now left parent-less since his mother was beheaded in front of him at only age seven. This events collateral into a spiral of mental connectivity to the world. Mara would stop all activity in MS-13 and would disband entirely from the real world. Due to this, Mara will find his mind games as humor and relief to the aching pain from the loss of his late father. Mara would find himself manipulating the school bullies into an alley and beat their knee caps inwards and inverted, this would make him laugh. Mara would soon juggle the difficulty of being mentally insane and psychotic and the objective to finish out his high school years. A few weeks would pass by and Mara would be accepted to the most prestigious American University, Harvard. Upon graduation, Mara would move to Massachusetts to attend University as a psychology major. Mental Loop, The College Era Mara would collapse well in college, and when we say collapse, we mean do very well academically and socially. Mara would graduate in the top 2 percent of his entire class and would graduate with high honors with his psychology degree in hand. Although the ride was not smooth. Mara whilst in college became addicted to bath salts and cocaine, both which entertained his mind of the psychotic plans he one day wish to do. Mara commonly on drugs would become extremely manipulative, even more than what he was already. This would lead Mara down to understanding that his words are easily taken as truthful because of his charismatic ways. Around Maras 2nd year of college, the idea of criminal power started to arose. Mara thought the legal life offered no adrenaline and no security; although Mara was not interested at all in the idea of being in a gang or an organized group. With his grades still high and his changing field of mind, Mara grows into a psychotic state of violence. What starts out as petty crime such as petty theft and vandalism, Mara would soon be getting away with vehicular manslaughter and assault. Mara would never be caught in these acts purely on his advanced knowledge on etiquette on how to clean up the tracks and evidence. Mara would eventually graduate and move to the city. The Start of The City Mara starts his new life in LS right after graduation. His mind is straying away from heavy crime while he is trying to keep his psychotic past behind him; although, when the opportunity and group he finds to be loyal with roles around, he will mentally bust worse than he has ever seen before and the city will wake in his path. Mara will only be loyal to few so the odds of creating an undercover gang where no one knows the members, what they do, and what they look like. He will insist that him and his group of loyal pals roam the streets as civilians during the day but at night he will want to play his mind games with clueless roamers. The dark is the grounds for fun, and its about to begin.

maybe buff the police vehicles with an acceleration boost to get to those speeds faster? Police already have an upper hand in pursuits with having several officers there with possible help of SD.

Not sure how plausible and do-able this is but I thought it would be a really neat addition if the money theatre by the bank opened once a week or once every other week to show a short film. This can add on the possibility for a date night, a hangout with the boys, or just a normal entertaining hangout. Now the few problems would be getting the interior and of course... getting a movie twice a month. Not sure how easy it would be to show a movie or short film in a video game with no licensing or if we can stream a video from youtube but I figured Id ask here and have some other people who are more tech savvy than me to say if its a doable thing or not! PS, first showing would have to be Pewdiepies wedding video

This is exactly what I mean! Eclipse is top dog when it comes to character development - no other server has players that develop the story of their character more than eclipse/ I feel adding court would add not only to the story line but also to the intensity of possibly getting a lower sentence or even being acquitted.

+1 to getting something done with the toxic robbing. Unrealistic as hell to be robbed 5 times in one day.

I believe it would be such an upgrade for RP sakes and for inmates if there were to be a faction created solely on discussing evidence with the officers and applying it to attempt on getting a sentence lowered for inmates. Not only would this allow inmates to maybe get a charge knocked off if the evidence isn't as strong as it should be, but can also host a new range of rp. For an example, lawyer observes all the evidence and discusses with the inmate and tries to get a plea deal for an hour less sentence or so, then the lawyer discusses it to whoever would be appointed to raising or lowering sentences. Thus would be the start of a legal system that can improve role-play for all players and make the process of jail a little more entertaining since that has been a large issue. Theres SO MUCH that can be utilized and added here - we just need to establish.

As a firefighter, a lot of work is provided for us with no script being added. We deal with car accidents (that sometimes have legitimate fires within the engine bay), vertical rescues, and drug labs. At least from my point of view, fire department has been on duty every night for the last week and a half with plenty of work. As Shawn said above, this wouldn't even be feasible beacuse of desync.

Just to add, if PD work is anything in the realm similar to MD work, we have many calls that we have to prioritize. If we are stacked 7 calls with only 3 units, then we can only hope that the patient can stick it out until we get to their call. PLUS, as I saw someone mention earlier in regards to having 4-10 cops chasing a car in a pursuit being unrealistic, they are wrong. In IRL, cops use the power of overwhelming the guy in the pursuit with numbers. Pursuits will take priority and therefore will host as many units as possible to keep an eye for the car.
