I personally dont mind new factions that might change the crim RP side in the server. But I feel like admins need to also see that his feels like a huge fuck you to unofficial gangs that have and are still working hard towards official and to see pretty much a staff faction instantly get official and get all the perks within. Like Dojin Kai, FSO, Ballas.

Alot of times charges just get placed because of an officers word. from an OOC perspective its just ridiculous because realistically 80% of all charges would be not going through. I personally find saying just IA report poor RP. A good example what happened was today when what Phantas said where Grace and Sanchez didnt pull the just IA report and went through the evidence. This actually saved multiple people from going into jail for 5 hours when they didnt even commit the crime. and others got away with less as there was no good evidence. You also have the problem where eventually everyone will start to recognize everyone and it will be impossible to successfully evade from crimes. so overall a good predecent has been set and cleared.

A small bump maybe for more discussion and community output. I still feel like the heavy RP side of PD eg: IB should post forum posts of non active RP scenario's for example they just catched a criminal that they have hunted for the past weeks which provided alot of RP yet few people get to experience/see it. This is where PD could show on an OOC level what they do. also personal stories would be nice but would be player depended

+1 if extended mag is NOT allowed for PD as that is currently one of the only advantages crims have in gunfight.

I have noticed whenever there is a conflict going on in LEO/Citizens who are not part of it start dressing up/coloring their vehicles in gang affiliated colors. I feel like people doing it are trying to provoke an action for unknown reasons and it breaks RP for all people involved. Nowhere in the rule book it specifically say that "crim baiting" is not allowed, hopefully with a clarification or change of rules this will happen less often just like people cop baiting.

Personally for being an active criminal I do not think that LEO is that overpowered. The only overpowered thing in LEO are cruisers which are fast as fuck and maybe a limit to go max 210 would help out alot. Lootable weapons is an awful idea, Cruiser ramming a kamacho sounds nonRP to me.I personally think the biggest problem between LEO and Criminal is just the OOC tension that occurs between eachother, I have experienced alot of interactions with PD where ive seen when they arrive at the scene /b deathRP denied. instead of letting everything go with the flow. To add on the point of lower prison times I think the problem here is the chargestacking of cops and I would like to know what cops think about this. Why do you guys charge people who felony evaded with Felony evading + Felony Public endangerment + other petty charges purely for the sake of putting charges. Is it really necessary to add all those charges, if cops did not have criminals you would not have chases/shootouts and I am fairly certain nobody would want that. At least be decent and not try and get all charges possible for everyone its not fun for anyone. in before people say IA report I have IA reported someone recently for charging 3x resisting arrest on me but it got denied. https://imgur.com/cJQ7t0V in the end -1 for nerfing LEO as I think they should be OP, but a +1 towards creating a better OOC relationship with crims and maybe more PD regulations on no charge stacking, no multiple stacks on high jailtime crimes, more deathRP reward.

+1 way to hard to get ammo or weapons, either laptop needs to be buffed or separated per gang or a new way of getting weapons/bullets

@Aldarine What staff is doing is QA they ensure the bug squash. You dont have testers for the new gameplay. There is nobody in staff I know who actively is a criminal expect from seas and Will right now. Dont you think that maybe a criminal who makes alot of drugs with alot of XP could have better input that staff who are only legal and have almost 0 knowledge about the meta of the criminal state?
