  1. If all this is true, should be handled through IC means. I was the helicopter above following the pursuit and you did multiple U-turns after going 200+ km/h. You have to have inhuman reactions not to hit someone, especially a bike that has incredibly good brakes and can go from 200 to 0 in a second or less. Nobody was frustrated that we "couldn't" catch you, because there were 2 Shinobis and an AIR unit above you following you. And even if we lost you, so what? PD loses a dozen of chases a day, we are used to it. Accusing someone of intentionally ramming you off the bike, or saying they OOCly insulted you is childish. It is kinda pointless to make these posts because it leads to nowhere. Both sides arguing with 0 outcome. Like the users above said, this all should go either through IC means or OOC IA report if you think rules were broken.
  2. 95% of Law Enforcement on the server uses STXs and Scouts because, yes, they are meta. Can we talk about what criminals use and what meta is for them? Niobe, Paragon S, Itali GTO, Hakuchou Drag, La Coreuse, and I can list more, that not even a police helicopter can catch up. That's beside the point. There are IC consequences if you damage a cruiser, you could get suspended easily if you drive recklessly and do not value police equipment, but to wait 30 minutes, an hour, and whatnot to get your cruiser fixed or use slower vehicles because a new player in a Warrener decides to ram the living soul out of you for his own fun, is not balancing at all. If gangs and criminals, in general, were realistic, you wouldn't see too many STXs and overpowered police vehicles, hell, even fewer helicopters on chases. If we are talking about realism, have you seen what cars gangs and criminal organizations in Los Angeles use? Have you seen LAPD and LASD pursuits and see what the people flee in? I encourage you to look on YouTube for Los Angeles pursuits and see for yourself what's realistic and balanced. If criminals used Warreners, Ranchers, and other slow vehicles, then you'd FOR SURE see more variety in police vehicles. The moral of the story is, we use STXs and Scouts to keep up with the criminals. If you want variety and slower police vehicles, encourage criminals to roleplay properly and buy shittier vehicles, because, if we are talking about reality, 99% of criminals barely make any money, and only 1-2% of criminals have high-end vehicles in real life. We swap cruisers because criminals and new players intentionally make our cars look like pancakes.

  14. A layer of fog was covering the city when the day finally came. The plan was imprinted in the Four Seas Order’s minds, everybody was conscious of what was ahead of them and their role in the robbery. The first thing that needed to be done was to make themselves unrecognizable to the police’s eyes, dropping off every hint in both their clothes and vehicles. Having established a location and time, a multitude of differently colored bikes rolled up, everyone’s face covered by their masks. Their target was the Fleeca Bank on Great Ocean Highway, that Jerome had been previously scouting. Once scouts had positioned themselves on the north and south side of the bank, the plan was ready to be executed. The vehicles positioned themselves near the entrance and within seconds, the Four Seas Order had swarmed the inside. With no cops in sight, everything needed to be done quickly and clean, just like they had practiced before. Connor Cee stepped forward with the drill and went to work on the first safe door. “Cops!” Just as fast as the bank had filled up, it emptied again, with everyone scrambling to get to their vehicles. Scattering into all kinds of directions, the lonely police cruiser decided to chase Larry’s Dominator GTX, Connor with the drill in the passenger seat. Soon enough the two had what felt like half of the Police Department on them. Disappointed by the unfortunate timing of the random police patrol, the rest of the Four Seas Order regrouped at the vineyard. Sometimes plans have to change. With Connor and Larry serving as a distraction to law enforcement, they decided to use the opportunity to rob a different bank. After all, there was still money to be made and how much could the two banks really differ from each other? Making their way to Route 68 as fast as possible, they went with the same approach. Fortunately enough, the store right next to their target had drills in stock. Clock ticking. Scouts set up outside and the crew went inside, again drilling through the safe doors. This time the police weren’t as nosy, giving the team more than enough time. Stuffing their bags, they left no safe unchecked. Complete silence until suddenly: “I hear sirens.” Coming from the dirt roads, the cops finally found the time to check out what was happening at the bank. Too slow. The heist team was already gone. Once everything had cooled off, the Order regrouped to count the spoils and celebrate. Larry and Connor’s sacrifice was not in vain after all, with a lot of members already wanting to plan the next heist. Thanks to William Roy for putting together this awesome vid!
