He is referring to the fact that crim on crim DM reports are sorted in a week. PD on crim take ALOT longer than that for no reason at all. we know yall follow the same rules

As long as you dont get boxed in, and are slowly moving away they cant shoot you as you dont have to fear because your engine would still be running. As said after your post if you rolled up and sat there, it would just be baiting and poor rp

The main things which need looked at are the fact that anyone inside a car with its engine on essentially becomes invincible and not allowed to be touched. So many reports come from this being abused and it’s clear it needs to be looked at again.

+1 Right now any sort of gang wars consist of hiding at NCZs and baiting reports most of the time. (This is not ALL the time, there have been actual gunfights that didn't end in a OOC report war) Doesn’t make sense to be “at war” with a rival gang and have to attempt to give them demands before you can shoot them. (Obviously this is so everyone has a chance and isn’t shot on sight, but if you agree to a war you should be aware you will be shot/robbed)

-1 shotguns are easily obtainable talking to the right people. this just seems like its a way of making a heavy weapon even more obtainable to your average joe

-1 dont see why this is such a problem when you rarely see many people logging in anyway, the odd one or two people isnt gonna ruin your day of rping cause they just poofed in/out of existence. The main place you will see people logging in would be parking lot, and I think its obvious why they would be logging in there as opposed to going to their house running risk of getting caught up in a rp situation where they are unable to leave asap and could catch a punishment for combat logging/nrp etc.

big +1, would give more fun to saving a downed friend and would cause you to work faster to find where the current hospital would be.

+1 was given a felony evasion one time assuming by them running my ID as I wasn't even in my own vehicle. (Was stolen and heading to chop and no words were exchanged for them to identify)

People will just inflate their ping cause it will give them advantages in fights. Not a good idea despite the fact of it would fix desync issues. Not worth it in the long run once people find ways of abusing it.

Hey thats my vid as far as I am aware it was a problem with RAGE (I heard it was this not entirely sure) but has been fixed now. Atleast i think so i havent encountered anymore carnados in a few days

Im in the middle, many other games had client sided things which ended up abused, it would fix desync but could also cause more desync if someone has a higher ping and hits you around a corner as an example.

+1, heard of many people scamming large sums of money etc and then "cking" to avoid all repercussions of their actions.
