Unsure about the fuel one, coming from a police point of view sometimes our chases end because the suspect runs out of fuel. If someone has a 200% fuel tank it could just go on for far too long

That seems even more unrealistic, imagine just after a gang shootout it's just a bunch of injured crims calling for a scripted medic. I'm in support of a specific place where criminals can drop off their fellow injured gang members for a fee and have that with a 5% chance of notifying the police.

No suprise that 0 other cops have commented on this. It's not something that criminals need, most cops recognise that PD is a powerful faction and this mindset of constantly wanting to win every chase is toxic. Resorting to the forums to complain about this is ridiculous, you should be looking at how LSPD can use their resources to more efficiently deal with criminals in chases. Utilise TED more and dedicate more resources to TED.

it's not unfair, you knew the risk you took when you started doing criminal activity. The fines may be harsh but they're there for a reason.

I agree with everything but the vehicles, if they are implemented they are far too cheap. I'd disagree with them completely because RPly how would a gang have access to a fairly decent supply of military vehicles? You don't see crips rolling around in an armoured military vehicle.
