-1, as a supercar owner myself, the whole appeal of a super is that it's an exclusive item that's rare and meant to turn heads. If it becomes a common purchase for others then it loses the only thing that makes it appealing. Especially when they're not that fast compared to Niobes or GTO's. It's something that's meant to take a few years to attain or be winnable through a raffle. When you make enough money to be in the tens of millions, you really only have three things to purchase; a scripted business, a super and rare guns, taking away one of those things would just leave the businesses and guns. For non criminal roleplayers this only leaves businesses. I am in support of more active raffles and different events to gain these exclusive items however, this way they don't lose their charm and more of the community is able to get the vehicles.

I don't like this. If I meet a civilian or a fellow officer whilst on LEO duty I have no way to remember them. I think a solution to this would be allowing members to accept the alias similar to how players have to accept a duoanim. Additionally, the script support isn't in place to support alteration to the alias system, if LEOs had better script support for identifying criminals through detective RP/GOB RP then I'd be fine with an update to the system. LEOs are quite limited in ways to actually catch criminals compared to IRL methods, for example, there's no DNA or blood system in place.

+1, a lot of unwritten rules are created in those report responses. Not allowing the player base to view these decisions only serves to hinder the player's knowledge of how we should be expected to approach RP situations.

I think the premise of this is coming from a place of good intentions however people who are arrested do have an opportunity to escape from custody whilst on the way to DOC, how would this be counteracted? Just yesterday we had a suspect run from DOC whilst being transported there, this would effectively allow them to serve their time without actually being in DOC.

+1, I also think that the car radio should be a mod that can be installed at LSC/Bayview instead of a storebought item. It doesn't make sense that the radio would take up inventory space in the glovebox of a car.

In that case all vehicles without visible plates should be deemed unroadworthy and if you're found driving one, it should be impounded and kept off of public roads till it's deemed roadworthy.

This is already implemented, if you click on the drop down menu for news feed there's a tab called discover posts.

I don't really understand why it needs to be moderated. If it's to prevent metagaming or something of the sort, there's already alternative services which aren't moderated by Eclipse, like Discord. Not allowing the feature for all players because some might abuse it when there's already other ways to get around the metagaming rule seems like a poor excuse for disabling it.
