  3. [REPORT DENIED] We would like to thank you for your patience during the duration of this report's review period. After reviewing this report and the evidence attached to it, we have decided to deny this report for the following reason(s), and will be issuing the following punishment(s) to the following player(s): Although we will be denying this report, we would like to leave a short Verbal Warning for ID 75 (@Kaleb_White) before we explain why the report was denied. As we understand the situation and how it panned out, we ask that in future situations you consider when/where the right time/place is to assault a player and when the wrong time/place is (i.e Next to an officer) as you would realistically want to worry about getting reprimanded or in IC legal trouble for assaulting someone. The only reasons that this is not considered a rulebreak is due to the fact that the officer was heavily occupied in treating another individual and due to the large amount of buildup/tension leading to the assault of ID 14. We do not believe that either players broke any rules, due to the fact that there was proper escalation before their actions via a ~10 minute interaction of kicking you out of their event, and due to the aforementioned reason in the above paragraph. Michael_Saxton will be recieving punishments for: (V)Deathmathing: To explain our rationale for this punishment, we would like to direct you to the evidence provided by the reported parties. In the first clip provided (Clip 1) it can be seen that you drove onto the ramp at the event, and hit a police cruiser. Later on, you could be seen doing the same in the second clip (Clip 2), swerving to the right and hitting the crowd of the event spectators. In this situation, you were seen hitting a police car after hitting a jump on the ramp, then later doing the same but hitting the spectators at in the crowd. After making a mistake like that (losing control on a jump) we would expect anyone to understand the mistake, and make an attempt to fix/correct the mistake, especially seeing that you were at a competitive racing event where you would ideally want to be in first place and not mess up on the jumps as you did. After some minor investigation done by myself with the same vehicles and conditions of the race, it was very clear that you would have needed to purposely swerve to hit the police car and later the crowd, which leads me to believe that you purposely swerved to perform those two actions. OOC Behavior: As seen in the evidence provided and by checking logs, you can be seen telling people to "save pov" in /b 5 times in a span of 13 minutes, even refusing to tell the other players why they needed to save their footage of the situation. We do not see these actions as something that positively contributes to the community in any form. Being a player from 2018, we do not believe there is any excuse for you to act this way, even with an announcement being made addressing the topic which can be seen linked here. In future situations, if you would like to request someone to save their footage/POV, you need to allow the active RP scenario to end, and instead of using /b,/o, or /ooc you should use /pm to not disrupt other people's RP as you did at this event. Non-Roleplay | Poor Roleplay Behavior (Baiting Reactions/Ruleplaying): In the provided evidence from another one of the reporting parties, it can be seen that you were being spoken to about pick locking cars, jumping into the police car/crowd, and screaming things during the event. As people were speaking to you in a threatening manor, you could be seen not giving any reaction even when ID 86 threatened you with a bat. After some more conversation, you were seen/heard saying "Ima go stand by the police, I feel like that is safe." Which is when ID 75 pushed you, and the rest of the situation panned out as seen in the rest of the provided evidence. To explain the rationale between the two mentioned sub-rules under the NRP punishment, I will be breaking it up into two parts. Baiting a Reaction: As seen in logs you can be seen pick locking your own vehicle two separate times. We do not believe that you had any positive intentions in this situation, as you even stated in your own words "I never lockpicked anyone elses car except for mine for trolls." If you had intentions to steal vehicles at the event it would be fine, although we do not accept that statement as an excuse for any actions like this, and even stating that it was "for trolls" reinforces our judgment on believing that you took those actions in an attempt to bait/get a reaction from the group hosting the event, and not to provide any form of proper Roleplay in this situation. Ruleplaying: In this piece of evidence (Clip 3), you can be seen in an argument with ID 75 and many others. You can be seen going back and forth with them as they demand that you leave the event after the previous theft of the red Issi and the accident with the white Issi. It is clear that you are trying to elevate the reactions and tempers of the surrounding individuals from the jokes made about the "racist" remarks. As the tempers of the 8 or 9 people around you rise and the threats start to come in, we would expect you to extract yourself from the situation but instead, you stay and it takes someone to take out a baseball bat and threaten you with it for you to leave. However, instead of leaving the area, you claim "I'mma go stand by the police, I feel like that's safe" and you go over to the police officer knowing that it would be NRP for the individuals to attack you while there is an officer present. If you have received a punishment that you disagree with, feel free to file a punishment appeal following the punishment appeal guidelines and format. If the reporting party suffered a loss greater than $25,000 in value, feel free to file a refund request following the refund request guidelines and format. This report is now locked and archived. 5. Don woke up and got into his car and his first thought was “What to do, what to do.” He was thinking of an idea for an event idea for the Burnouts to do, and he remembered an event that he attended years ago in Liberty City, where they had a Barbeque, but involved all of their cars as a part of it. Don texted Asbo and asked if he would be willing to cook, which is when Asbo spoke to a good friend of his, Larry. Larry loved the idea, and began hunting to gather some food for his own restaurant, The Sandbar, and decided to spare some meat for the Burnout Car-B-Que. After hunting for a couple of hours, Larry gave Asbo all the fresh meat that he would need to sustain everyone’s hunger at the barbeque. Asbo and Don had gone to the big orange ball food stand earlier in the day and got the grill and all the necessary grilling tools prepared for the Car-B-Que. Once the time got closer, Don got all of the burnouts together at The Lot, and they cruised up to the location for the Car-B-Que. Everyone got situated, and Don parked his truck with the cooler in the back with all the food in it. Asbo got straight to grilling the food and put a speaker down to keep everyone occupied as they waited. (Members dancing to some music while waiting for the food to be cooked) As the smell of the food filled the air, everyone thought to themselves “how does Asbo do it? It’s like he was trained by one of the greats!” After Asbo finished up a majority of the food, he exclaimed to everyone that it was done, and people began coming to the grill with an empty stomach, and a nose full of magnificent scents of all of the food that was prepared. After being served their food, they all ate and continued to dance for a bit longer before Asbo cleaned up and began to join in on the food eating. Once everyone finished eating, Don decided to go on a cruise with everyone. They were all up for it, and their first stop was Wanted Reup to get some gas, then they drove around for a bit and took a pit stop to get some water and some snacks for the ride. As they entered the shop they had the idea to look at the CCTV cameras and wave at it in hopes that an officer would switch to it and see their tom foolery. After getting snacks and drinks, their final stop was Los Santos Customs where they ended up getting repairs. (Alex showing some members how to read a map of a mountain) (Members waving at the CCTV cameras) (Members getting gas at Wanted Reup gas station) (Hazel standing on Don's car at LSC as some members socialized with some mechanics)
  6. [REPORT DENIED] We would like to thank you for your patience during the duration of this report's review period. After reviewing this report and the evidence attached to it, we have decided to deny this report for the following reason(s): As it can be seen in the evidence provided by the reporting player, while you were pointing your weapon at ID 99's allies, you had your back against him and you didn't have the gun pointed at him which doesn't put him under Fear-RP so the player had enough time to get his knife out and attempt to escape or attack you. This decision is final. Unless instructed to, if you post another player report pertaining to this incident, you may be muted from posting on the forums for a temporary period. If you disagree with the outcome of this report, please file an appeal following the appeal guidelines and format. This report is now locked and archived. Regards, Ranger & Alexx

  8. [REPORT ACCEPTED] We would like to thank you for your patience during the duration of this report's review period. After reviewing this report and the evidence attached to it, we have decided to accept this report and issue the following punishment(s) to the following player(s): Player has already been banned and is not welcomed back into the community. If you have received a punishment that you disagree with, feel free to file a punishment appeal following the punishment appeal guidelines and format. 9. [REPORT ACCEPTED] We would like to thank you for your patience during the duration of this report's review period. After reviewing this report and the evidence attached to it, we have decided to accept this report and issue the following punishment(s) to the following player(s): Trae_Realis [ID 268]: Non-Roleplay(NCZ Breach) & Non-Roleplay. To explain our rationale behind your punishments we ask that you look at the evidence provided by the reporting party. It can be seen that ID 172 performs some RP of lowering the flatbed's bed, and lowering the vehicle off of it. You (ID 268) can be seen entering the vehicle after ID 172 untows it into the impound zone and immediately start to drive off with it while it would still be RPly attached to the flatbed's winch hook. I will be breaking up both punishments into their own sections. To explain our reasoning behind the first punishment (NCZ Breach) we would like to redirect you to the evidence overview above. As it states; "ID 172 untows it into the impound zone and immediately start to drive off with it". In this situation you breached the No Crime Zone rule due to the fact that you stole the vehicle in a No Crime Zone. No Crime Zones rules are defined in the server rulebook as "Inside or very near to a No Crime Zone, indicated by the HUD or /NCZ command, players may not commit any crime or disobey law enforcement orders but are allowed to flee, lie, or scam IC." Although we appreciate you returning the vehicle and allowing ID 172 to continue their roleplay, that does not excuse the previous actions. To explain our rationale behind the second Non-Roleplay punishment (Non-Roleplay), we would like to direct you to the video explanation again. As it can be seen, and as it is described, "immediately start to drive off with it while it would still be RPly attached to the flatbed's winch hook." In this situation you broke our Non-Roleplay rules, whereas it states "Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay." We do not believe that you kept in mind the fact that the vehicle was still RPly attached to the winch hook of the flatbed as you got into it and stole it. As we would normally give the benefit of the doubt for this situation, we do not excuse the fact that you spend a short amount of time in a mechanic faction, and you should have had previous knowledge of this form of rulebreak. In future situations we ask that you keep in mind the locations at which you perform these type of acts, and keep in mind what RP is going on around you to ensure that you do not hinder other people's RP experiences, and provide all parties involved a fair and immersive experience. If you have received a punishment that you disagree with, feel free to file a punishment appeal following the punishment appeal guidelines and format. If the reporting party suffered a loss greater than $25,000 in value, feel free to file a refund request following the refund request guidelines and format. This report is now locked and archived. 11. Player(s) being reported: Albert_Svenson (151), Jebediah_Shmoe (40) Date of interaction reported: 9/5/2021 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1630858445 Your character name: Don Mozzarella Other player(s) involved: Alex_Sorvanis, Carlo_Deluca, Alexander_Olsson. Specific rule(s) broken: Metagaming Metagaming is the act of relaying IC information through any method not considered IC that has the potential to change current or future roleplay scenarios or using that information. How did the player break the rule(s)? (300 words maximum) We engaged in a pursuit on ID 40 after him and ID 151 kicked a player off of a faggio. After a small pursuit, ID 40 crashed into a pole, and we began to engage in the arresting procedure. With seemingly no communication whatsoever, ID 151 came up to the scene on a BF400 without being directly involved in the pursuit and ID 40 attempted to get on the BF400. A few more times the B400 circled around and the scene was finished. Evidence of rule breach: Evidence will be sent to the staff that takes this report as it contains staff chat. Both players were informed to save their footage,
  12. The burnouts all gathered together to go to a couple events ran by a good friend of the club Brody King, and his car club The Amarillo Aces. Don showed up a bit late, but he was able to make it in time to watch a majority of the races and hangout with Liam, Hanzo, Sanjay, Josh, and Asbo. Soon towards the end of the event, Giovanni rolled up and joined the Burnouts in their evening activities. Soon after the drag racing event ended, the Burnouts helped Asbo move a few cars out of a home he was going to sell to Colt Daniels. As they were heading to the house, they noticed an advertisement for a pop up Drift Meet and Car Meet hosted by Los Santos Drift. After they had parked their cars, they drove to the Drifting Arena and hungout with some old friends, and even met some new faces while having a good time and listening to some good music.
