To be honest, it's pretty clear GND needs some reigning in - considering basically every crim faction is dead. Not putting blame on anyone, just addressing an obvious concern. I've basically abandoned my crim alt altogether because *it's impossible / isn't fun* with the current dynamic. That's all I'm going to say because I don't feel like getting lit up for having an opinion.

-1 there's already been a lot of MD RP that's been lost between fires/labs/etc we can't keep removing reasons for people to do anything other than cop/crim.

Almost impossible being key. It absolutely happens. NYC swimmers do it regularly with high end BMW / Audi stuff in heavy traffic. A supercar is a Super Car - they're kind of wild by design and many were built specifically to push limits. That said, it'd be interesting if SD had a recon plane. Plane speed enforcement has an IRL equivalent so it's not non rp, and a propeller powered Cessna-esque craft would work really well in that role. Now there's a faster - perhaps rarer - version of air support.

Bala this is fire. If I can make one additional suggestion: bring back apt fires (even if they're instanced) + more fire-based random events and-or more forensics collab b/w PD and MD? Explosions are fun and give MD a little more to do, and forensics is a cool way to build some interdepartmental familiarity and interaction. Great ideas!

I have literally experienced the exact opposite. It seems like it's raining like 70% of the time and it's ALWAYS an insane tropical storm. I'd love if they killed weather more often lmao
