Completely untrue, haven't been in PD for long but I've put in about 80 hours so far and haven't heard this once

+1 When I joined the F4 menu was out of date and some of the commands either weren't there or were just wrong

This is because of the powergaming rule, you can't force RP onto someone regardless of if their character is concious or not. If it's a dead body obviously it's a different story. Edit; also I'm curious, how would someone shaking stop an officer from putting cuffs on them?

yeah, the trains are pretty buggy in GTA:O so I doubt it would work on here. Who knows maybe it might

I like the idea, I used to play on Gmod servers and they had a cooldown for robbing someone to prevent this exact problem

I think it needs to be re-worked. I'm a taxi driver and when I have a passenger in my cab I've looked to see if it says I'm on call and it doesn't, I'm not sure if this means I show up as avaliable when you step into the citybee rent. Also I think there should be a command that cab drivers can use to say when they're unavaliable, say if there's an accident and they're involved.

The main difference I can see between these two applications is that you failed to answer 3.6 and 3.7 correctly, the other guy might have all of his answers correct they just need more detail. I am in no way affiliated with the PD just sharing my thoughts.
