+1 The first suggestion is cool. An item that has like 0.1 volume and occupies 1 slot in the inventory would be perfect but I hope that driving into them will not stall your engine like most items do. Seeing people getting killed by clothes and fishing rods is kinda scuffed.

-1 If you are offline while your car is parked in the PD parking lot, it gets impounded. The server doesn't need more NCZ and the Police Department is an NCZ for a reason. The parking lot exists.

I agree with capping the jail time back again but it shouldn't be less than 360 minutes (6 hours). A 120 minutes cap is too low and we all, Law Enforcement Factions and civilians, experienced the consequences of that. Pursuing someone, knowing that he committed a massacre 3 hours before bores me. On the other hand, staying in jail for more than 6 hours makes me think I should skip ECRP today and play something else.

+1 if the location is different. Fishing at the beach is not unrealistic but that's not what actual fishers do. Everything else is phenomenal, amazing suggestion.

+1 You are sick of seeing the same cars over and over because everybody has a jester and elegy retro. If they go for a motorbike they only buy drags, gargoyles or b400s. I see people asking where I bought my cars from and wonder if they rare and stuff. You just have to forget about which one has the best performance and buy what your eye likes.

+1, I want it to become a viable option. Criminals are too squishy. And let's be clear, what you buy is not 1/4 of what PD has or 0.386% of what PD has, it is just HALF. Not 12.5% armor or 6.25%. If PD get's 50/100, you get 25/100 (and for 40k that's hella unfair).

+1 to everything but the house robbery thing. It would need some major modifications because if you know that someone is storing guns in their houses you can just wait for them to go offline and go in with an empty inventory.

+1 I always think that if someone likes a scripted job and they keep doing it for a long time they should get a small added % / more storage in working vehicles. Scripted jobs don't give a lot to RP to new players but they are necessary at the beginning so why not give an incentive to the ones who don't quit after a couple of hours.

I witnessed rooks robbing farmers twice a couple of days ago but I was doing my thing, I am not SD and I could not go in 1v5. You call them big but maybe they aren't feeling that big after all.

What they did there is on the edge of Non-Rp. That should become reportable in the future since no human who cares about staying alive would approach a situation like that, hoping to get something out of it. I honestly took a total of two fights when outnumbered: - 2v7 and we expected backup but nobody arrived from our side while Zetas got backup and after the 6th dead dude we got shit on (chop shop near DOC, some weeks ago) - the gunfight at Legion Square, 22/OCT at 01:00 UTC. There were too many gangs vs the whole PD and backup kept coming. After 3 men down I hid in a bush and then surrendered. I took those because we had tactical advantage and still lost. I died 12 times in 5 months during PD duty (excluding rulebreakers that DM-ed me and got punished and code 0 deaths) and when I see those cops running in even 1v3 or 1v4, I feel super embarassed. At this point I think that police should be able to take out one heavy weapon for each kind every 12/24h (SWAT/SED can use them all while normal units usually use shotguns and mp5). This would change the situation a little but I do not know how they will add a script that allows it since we lock and unlock weapons from gunracks constantly (/pw and add/remove weapon while near a cruiser). I know that police is supposed to be overpowered because that's how they are IRL but the videos Hoxton showed are the opposite of IRL.
