    The Wanted

Seven-Named Enfer 2019. The Wanted is no more. Los Santos is a great place, lots of likeable and hateable individuals, just enough of the two mixed together to keep your everyday life entertaining enough. Kage was never one to keep a nine to five for very long, god knows he tried. He did try. Yet, faced with the inability to fit into what society deemed to be the 'right way' to live, he was able to find a foul bunch that he resonated with. The time he spent as part of The Wanted remains the best of Kage's life. But now they were gone. His own actions served as a contribution to events that resulted in an all-out war that led to seeing something he was ready to dedicate his life to, in ruins. With nothing left for him in Los Santos but good memories and the ruins of what once was and dissapproving glares at every turn, he took his leave. Date: February 2024 Case: Sea Castle Santa Monica Insurance Fraud Suspect: Rudy Enfer Suspect Description: Often seen wearing a black raincoat, with black ski goggles and a black bandana in CCTV footage of the insurance incidents. Details: In December of last year, Mr Enfer's accounts were frozen after contact with the bank. The proof is undeniable. The trail goes back to 2019, Rudy Enfer has been the culprit of dozens of insurance schemes under as much as 6 different names as far as we can tell, Paul, Phillip, Elijah, Tuud, Arus, and Ruan. They only got worse every year, leading up to the fire in Sea Castle in Santa Monica. Detective Johanson has been leading the investigation into Mr Enfer's whereabouts for months but we're still unsure, it's as if he vanished into thin air when he got wind that we were onto him. Though from all reports, his accounts have been cut off and shouldn't be able to get far now that his true identity has been uncovered as Rudy Enfer. We're on his trail. 2024. All that effort for nothing. That was the last one, too. The payoff from the apartment at Sea Castle was gonna have me set for life. I got too greedy, damnit. All accounts frozen. How'd they know to look all the way back to Long Beach?! And that damn Brazillian. Probably snitched. Can't fucking trust anyone. Nowhere else to go except up. Only good news is they have no idea who Kage Enfer is. *DING* *1 Notification: Jamaar Bovarium* Ah... I guess this beats starting from scratch all alone again, plus I'm broke. Guess I'll head back.
  2. Speed camera can provide RPly a picture taken with a view into the car through the windshield. Driver During Fine: InsertNAMEhere Officer would check the picture taken at the time during Fine, check the features of the owner of the vehicle and that would be evidence they weren't driving the vehicle. Sure they could be masked, but if we're gonna make it unrealistic let it be as realistic as we can get it. Or, Fine Taken at: insertDATEhere insertTIMEhere Driver Online during fine: FALSE There are many ways for it to determine who was driving the vehicle in a manner that would RPly be better than just giving the fine to whoever is driving, and that just doesnt make any sense.
  3. The car was stolen... the tickets would be revoked once appropriate authorities were notified... I'll say that the law enforcement has issues of its own and the lack of organisation and RP quality that has been getting worse over the years in government factions probably wouldn't allow for something which needs close inspection and dedicated minds on it to function. but yeah it would definitely make more sense for the tickets to ALWAYS go to the vehicle instead of the driver. Doesn't make any sense whatsoever for the fines to go to the driver.

  5. +1 If possible I'd rather have this, but with a requirement of two people pushing it instead of just assuming I have massive tree trunk legs. That would make a bit more sense
  6. +1 for sure. This would be dope

  8. +1 would love to see this happen

  12. +1 The entire concept of these public drug labs is flawed. I love this idea, and I'm 60% sure they're already working on something like this. Definitely would like to see this
  13. I like this. Knowing that as soon as you die from a shootout you'll most likely go to parking lot, get your car, and instantly start getting pursued again isn't too fun a lot of the times. I like this timeout idea.
  14. Yall fake
  15. -1 PD has everything they need to fight this.

    Social Media

I fully understand how difficult it might be to develop these things I am about to suggest, however I feel like I should suggest them regardless, as I believe they would be a good addition to the server. We've all thought of having a "Twitter" app on our phone, where people can tweet, say their thoughts, whatever. However people's argument to this is that it would render Weazel ads useless. This is partly true, as people could simply advertise through tweets, however, if you were to make this a follower-type of social media rather than a server wide twitter home page with maybe a 10 minute cooldown on tweets, it would greatly limit the amount of people your tweets would reach, causing weazel ads to still be the most efficient way of advertising business and sales. Imagine, all your close friends follow you, you're able to share your thoughts, daily activities in your feed. Able to tweet something like "Birthday party! All invited!" Where only your friends would see, rather than the entire server showing up. Being able to keep up with what your friends are up to (like in real life) without having to constantly text or talk to them, as they make some of their activities public. Now here's the difficult suggestion. From my limited knowledge of coding, I feel like it would be incredibly difficult to do this: A live streaming service. Another app on your phone, where you can go onto and you will be able to see all current live streams, coming from your first person POV, on your ./record phone, where if someone were to access this app, they'd be greeted with a menu maybe as large as the F4 menu, where they'd be able to see my POV as a live stream. Imagine, DOC Guards allowing prisoners to view live streams for a certain amount of time during their sentences. People who are busy with other RP scenarios could possibly tune into events and parties through live streams. If possible to develop this feature, video calls won't be too far away... This would be very entertaining, but as I said, hard to develop. These are just my basic thoughts about these. Feel free to leave any criticism. Thanks for reading

    The Wanted

Kage Enfer Marcus Jenkins. This man came into Los Santos without knowing what to expect. Him, and his sister, Beth Fye arrived at close to the same time. Marcus did not know about his sister's presence in LS. In fact, he was feeling rather lost and alone for the first few weeks, wondering if moving into this city was a mistake. That's when it happened. Marcus was approached by a mysterious man who referred to himself as The Prophet. This man had 10 men by his side, and requested that Marcus joined his cause. The Blood Brotherhood. Marcus did not hesitate to get rid of the loneliness, and feelings of despair with a new cause and family. In fact, he jumped at the opportunity. The Blood Brotherhood was a cult, secret and organized. They vowed to do no harm to those who did not deserve harm upon them, and to stand by one another no matter what. To this day Marcus stands by that vow. A few weeks into his recruitment, Marcus was invited to meet a new prospect. Beth Fye. To his surprise, it was his sister! They quickly rebuilt their bond that was lost due to their long history, and were inseparable. Beth and Marcus quickly climbed the ranks of The Blood Brotherhood with their immense dedication. Marcus' feelings of regret were gone, and he could not have been happier about being in this city with his own blood. However, this did not last much longer. Beth had received word that their brother, Elijah, was on his way to LS after hearing of the two. Marcus, filled with rage decided to leave the city, as he has held a horrible grudge over his brother over something he had done in the past that Marcus refused to let go. After months, Marcus finally decided to return to Los Santos, whether his brother was there or not. But to his surprise, a lot had changed. The Blood Brotherhood's flame of hope in the city was close to being extinguished. Beth had left them, legally changing her name to Kiara. Marcus was baffled by how things had turned out while he was away, and unfortunately it was too late for him to return to his old ties. He felt, once again, lost, lonely, and abandoned. Kiara had decided to join Los Zetas, Los Santos' most notorious, and heavily armed street gang. They were mighty and vicious, and treated any threat with no mercy. Kiara did not wish to sever ties with him. In fact she desired nothing more than to be just his sister, she offered him a place with her in Los Zetas, telling him that he would be able to join in the ranks if he dedicated himself. However, that is not what Marcus desired. He had heard word of a peculiar group in Los Santos. A street racing crew, that went by the name of The Wanted. To his surprise, Kiara had spent some time within their ranks, even if not for long. She decided to respect his wishes. The look in Marcus' eyes when speaking of what he has heard of The Wanted was like nothing she had ever seen before, he was truly excited, and mesmerised by these rumours and stories. Seeing that this is what would make her brother truly happy, Kiara made a few phone calls, and was finally able to get Marcus into contact with a reputable Wanted member. Clutch. Kiara trusted clutch with her life, and she had no doubt that he felt the same. Under her recommendation, and some testing, Clutch did not hesitate to welcome Marcus to the family, and oh what a family it was. Moved by this opportunity to start over, Marcus decided that a new name would be appropriate. To erase his past ties and memories, starting anew with a new family. Marcus Jenkins was now Kage! Kage was welcomed with open arms into The Wanted, as a Buster. He felt something he had not felt in a long time. That warm, cozy feeling of being surrounded by people who truly cared about him. People who would go through hell to help him, and he felt the same towards every single one of them. Kage and his sister were far from what they were when they came into the city. Kage was met by racing, encouragement, improvement, and a family. This was the beginning of his adventures in Los Santos. Unexpectedly, Kiara decided that the Jenkins name was no longer a fit for her life in Los Santos, while Kage still clinged to it as he was taught to. Kiara Jenkins became Kiara Western. She was adopted by a man within Los Zetas that meant a great deal to her. Her relationship with Kage slowly faded, but never disappeared. Kiara soon after, suffered great losses, which resulted in her, like Kage, requiring a new beginning. The woman who was once Beth Fye, was now Abigail Blackwood. Respected within Los Santos by many, and feared by even more. Kage decided that after a few months, the Jenkins name did not mean what it used to. He was saddened by this undeniable fact. Again, he required a new name to engrave his legacy onto. This is how Abigail Blackwood and Kage Enfer came to be. And to this day, a very long time later, Kage was still within The Wanted, in his prime, surrounded by his loved ones.
  21. At the moment, only a portion of the parking spaces at the High End Market can be used for vehicles up for sale, when there are dozens of other available spaces for cars to go into. Low end allows for pretty much all of their parking spaces to be used for vehicles for sale. This is not a suggestion that requires much writing, as it is pretty self explanatory, I thought I should bring it here to make it an official suggestion and maybe it'll actually get somewhere.
  22. Marcus Jenkins here. Need that shit.
