This is not going to be implemented for the foreseeable future due to many factors. The main one being that this is a rare job IRL which is not common. Therefore there shouldn't be easy access to everyone if it were to be implemented.

Currently the rules state that you can rob another player if they are still a new player if you have witnessed them committing a crime. Most if not all the other additions have also been implemented.
