Cabrones Cleaning Company started another normal day cleaning PD. First starting off with the offices and moving downwards. After giving every surface a tougher cleaning, it was time to move to where the prisoners where being held. Chaz Lesixteen and Chaz Letwo grabbed their cleaning equipment and stared scrubbing away at the walls and much much more repulsing dirty items. While thoroughly cleaning one of the cells, disaster struck! One of the prisoners being held grabbed Chaz Lesixteen's gun as he bent over to clean. In a heroic surge of action, Chaz Letow pulled out their own weapon to help the officer. After this incident high command threatened to terminate their contract. This was a total disaster. After the recent scare with their contract, the Chaz's banded together in an attempt to win the fashion contest. This would fund future endeavours and much much more cleaning equipment to stop them from going under. After each signing up, they lined up and waited for the moment when they could wow everybody with their costumes. After what had felt like an eternity to the Chaz's, their time finally came. They each walked out onto the stage one by one showing off their cool moves. However this wasn't enough for the judges. In disheartening turn of events the Cabrones Cleaning Company had come in last place! This wasn't enough to stop them there though, as they drove off thinking of all the future cleaning contacts they could gain.

Hey! This was mainly enabled to stop players from abusing bugs in the base GTA game which makes vehicles reach unrealistic speeds. Therefore giving a huge advantage to the player over everyone else. As you correctly stated this is in no way a Rage MP bug. If it is possible in the base GTA game, it doesn't mean it's a feature. It is also solely up to the developers which vehicles can reach the new top speed, specifically looking at the police vehicles that you mentioned. If we deem it to be beneficial to the server to lower the power of these vehicles, we will act on this. Kind regards, Emulsify.
