After this try to remove your client resources again. If this doesn't work join a different server, load their client resources then delete the folder again. Let me know if this works.

There are a few things that you can try. The first thing you can try is to navigate to your rage mp folder and then delete your client resources folder. This should reset all the mods and removed any bugs that may have occurred. Let me know if this works.
