I like the benefit of using drugs, think that should stay in some form. It has it's own consequences as well.

There are many more ways and reasons to identify and capture / stop you, then meta game your ID. You could relog, walk around at the bank and you'd still be spotted as that suspect. For the PD side of things... here's how you got caught... (This is OOC information, for understanding, if you're character doesn't know this, then you shouldn't act on it. (here's me trusting people)) Same clothing/color/mask. Same vehicle or vehicle registered by the same person. Vehicle with charges on it's owner. Same hairstyle/color. Bag/No Bag. Gun/No Gun. Same area. There's a helicopter overhead. An informant or investigator is in your area. An informant or investigator is helping you 'get away'. You were baited by an informant or investigator into a similar situation. Your phone is on. You went to a gas station to refuel or parking to switch out. You left evidence behind.

Any time a player looks like that, don't move, looking kindof stiff and floating, then they were also knocked down. Issues due to desync, hopefully to improve soon™.

Happened underground in the tunnels today. I think the invisibility thing has overall improved since back then, but it's still bad and not immersive.

We are not a fan of the idea however of 'tagging up places' or doing drugs; unless you're pretending to do that as well. Hmm.. +1 What if ramming did less damage? So, those that like to ram, can still do it, to give a slight advantage (the fact you're ragdolled for a short time) but still allows the rammed to be in the firefight.

There are a ton of places where times should be attached, including chat itself. Whether it's IC time or OOC time, it would be great to just have to indicate time passed. +1

Responding based on your original suggestion... You can already loot and frisk cops. In response to the added information about weapons. RP taking their weapons, they won't use them. If they do, they're powergaming. Being able to take government issue weapons would just end up in cop robberies being 90% of the fights.

I actually enjoyed the RP. I don't think hostages were intended since they have their own requirements, but all you and it was fun.
