Support and improve /creditcheck command. Remove fee from /creditcheck Could also allow approval from the credit owner. Remove requirement to /creditcheck from being only in the office. Add government debt to /creditcheck. Allow Senior Moderators+? to '/creditcheck FName_LName' remotely to verify information for transfer requests. I believe this rule is good as it is, maybe 'property' can be better defined as "things you own, tied and controlled by that character". Property = All items that you own as that character as assets. This is RPd as a 'lowjack'. Something realistically available in every government vehicle installed under a panel in the trunk. Similar to your /showvehicle command for your personal vehicle where the vehicle can still be moved after a ping but the location remains static. While it may be unintended, I believe it should remain as is, multiple pings still take time to trigger, respond and get to while the vehicle could be long gone.

I suggested this as well a long while back, or some form of it.. or I was part of one of them? I don't remember. The conclusion was at the time, taxes were increased and you are taxed based on what you owned and that's covered in taxes instead of paying monthly amounts to own said homes, property, business and vehicles. If taxes were dropped dramatically on salary and a monthly 'payment' happened based on property ownership. +1. This could also open a whole lot more automation as well as market adjustments.
