Yep https://gta.fandom.com/wiki/Palmer-Taylor_Power_Station Refinery's are in the industrial sector. Take a look at my list though, there are a lot of good ideas there. It doesn't even have to have more than one contact point. Additional deliveries could be 'triggered' when another delivery is complete. Get Job Get Trailer Load Unload Chained NPC deliveries would be really cool actually. Wood from mill goes to wood processing /newjob/ Wood from processing goes to Oil Refinery /newjob/ (maybe at the same time) Oil from fields goes to Oil Refinery /newjob/ Railroad ties from refinery go to rail yard. -

-1 Taxi company already exists. Let's see what we can do to improve and get involved with it, instead of creating another. I'd like to see what other ideas others have and like to see if that kind of thing can be implemented instead.

+/- It would be nice to see clothing change based on weather. But it's also a game, and the world they live in, there's a ton that 'doesn't make sense'.

There are actually several electric vehicles in ECRP. However they need to be 'flagged' as electric and treated differently. Dilettante Surge Raiden Neon Khamelion There does need to be some kind of balance/cost to electric though. Like, a quarter of the cost, but runs out 4 times faster. Could allow a very slow recharge while it's daylight. Could in reference to NPC Trucking jobs for chargers to continue operating, there needs to be regular delivery of fuel to the power plant. A furniture item, or designated areas for recharging around the city can be installed. Often charging stations are found in parking lots.

+1 Maybe have officers buy these items from the armory/commissary. When they turn it in or a weapon in with it on it, they get their money back. Only specific ranks / departments have access to specific attachments. Maybe allow only one attachment at a time, permitting them to adapt. Everyone gets a flashlight. Only on duty SWAT can use a clip. Tiered ranks can get grips and scopes. Detectives get Silencers

I think one of the large issues, is many similar items just don't stack. If safe space is increased, I'd +1 only the large safe (more expensive) get the crate size increase.

I'd like to see a subforum under News & Announcements specific to rules and everything involving with rules, maybe even this board. This could include the following and structure. A thread (or link) directly linking to the rules in their entirety. If a thread, it can additionally be used as a place where updates are notated. A section or thread that includes each rule section in a separate post, or thread, with further, much more detailed and expanded definitions and examples. This could also include references to reports and 'judgments' reducing the 'he said she said' and include the admin and rank who have noted these. A thread where updates are noted.

+1 And adding ownership to trailers would be great as well, with their own storage capacity. This would really make trucking it's own thing as well.

Added a few more. Camera App Let's you actually take a picture. (Forces temporary first person, hud and character elements hidden and takes a screenshot.) Drone shot, lets you take a photo from your 'drone' (camera location) All camera activities would play a sound and/or /ame. Mirror App Allows you to change your hair to specific hairs of similar length. Allows you to change your makeup / face paint. Flashlight App Creates a glow around and mostly in front of your character.

Phone Smaller: -1, but should be movable when open. Maybe allow moving it to a preferred location on the screen? It's not intended to have up all the time. Home Button: I agree, should be a little larger and should have a 'back' button as well to go back to a previous screen. Font: Font size and change would be nice, but font selection can be very specific for accessibility and visibility. Dark Mode: Yes please.

+1 Great idea! If you can provide a full detailed list I'm sure this could get implemented very quickly depending on developers availability. A lot of this changes very with development as well as we seem to be moving away from a lot of the /slashcommands. Quick review below. /vehiclestats should be before /showveh, to encourage using it first, before using /showveh and triggering the cooldown. /enterrv and /exitrv was removed /transfervehicle should have a warning that this or buying a car from a dealer/lot is the only way to 'take ownership'. In addition warning that you don't get it back if you do this and no one is obligated to follow promises ICly. /fmembers # /listpropertypermissions Again, if you can help provide a full list (there are many more commands we can help with as well). We could probably submit this for a quick update.

The CityBee states it's "out" because Taxi drivers are available. I don't believe there's actually a 'limit' on the amount of City Bees. I do agree that CityBees could use a little revamp, but not much. CityBees should be maintained by DCC, including rental price. CityBees should be returned to a CityBee location for a small 'refund'. You should be able to select a Cruiser Bicycle, A Faggio Sport or a Panto There should only be a specific count available from all CityBee stations. (based on taxi drivers and server population) You should be required to call a taxi first. If you are near a CityBee though when you call and your taxi request doesn't get a response in 60 seconds, a CityBee spawns.

Still +1... Tired of seeing the same trolly or unrelated sponsored banners. Would love to see some diversity in advertising instead of the same thing for over a month.

Good ideas and mostly can be resolved ICly. CB Radio: Could alternatively make it known and fairly public, even over CB that truckers can switch to a RPly known common use radio frequency that could be promoted ICly. This could be a specific frequency like 26 and 27 MHz frequencies that are the most common CB channels (IRL), or you could simply stick with, 1, or 32 (C=3, B=2). Could even be designated frequency by a trucking association (ref). AFK / Jobs: Check out my NPC order idea here. I agree with removing, or extending afk timers for truckers. Trucker job employees should also get order notifications when they are outside their truck, maybe an on/off duty toggle that can be triggered from any truck. Or allow players to take the trucker job, from any truck itself. Increased Pay: I agree that long runs with large loads can be hard to justify doing when the pay is low. Unfortunately this should fall on the owner and is an IC issue. I do believe though different adjustments should be made when it comes to this though that could help. Examples like allowing larger loads, increasing load times or adding a multiplier to further reduce load amount (1 truck capacity = 4 station capacity).

I actually had some really good ideas for trucking routes that I had planned to write up as well as map out as well. Since I saw this and had some time on my hands, I'd drop it here. These would be random or when supplies reach a specific player deposit and 'ordered' by NPCs. Here are all the items players 'collect' and turn in. Players would need to turn in 000 of said item, to trigger an "NPC order" from that location to another specific/random location. Pay would be based on load amount and distance needed to keep it balanced and interesting. All truckers would still need to pick up the designated trailer from the trailer yard in the city, maybe one can be added in Paleto. Player contributed NPC orders. Food Pickup location from a farmer drop off. Deliver to (randomly selected) Other drop off Butchery Grove Supermarket Any Restaurant Meat Pickup from butcher. Deliver to (randomly selected) Grove Supermarket Farm Any Restaurant Oil Pickup from oil drop off. Deliver to (randomly selected) Gas supply station Vehicle supply station Any non-scripted gas station Any mechanic shop Ore Pickup from refinery drop off. Deliver to (randomly selected) Vehicle supply station YouTool Any construction site Wood Pickup from wood mill drop off. Deliver to (randomly selected) Vehicle supply station Furniture store YouTool NPC randomly generated hourly. Chemicals Pickup from Humane Labs. Delivered to (randomly selected) Any random hospital Any supply stations Any drop off locations Equipment Pickup from Military Base (Fort Zancudo) or Shipyard. -1 RV's were a great idea, and you can build in them. Allowed for a lot of creativity and a cheep mobile home, versus having to find a house, in addition allowing it to be used as mobile labs. But people are using it to move a TON of items. If an RV is packed up to the weight of a truck, is should definitely be slow. RV motors are much smaller than any truck and I don't believe it was intended to be used this way as well as it's unrealistic. I do agree ore vol/weight should be set back to what it was and people should resume using 'trucks' for hauling and not RV's. A little tuning is needed, but RV's shouldn't be used to haul tons of heavy cargo.

There have been a few suggestions regarding text chat range, due to the flood of chat that can be encountered in certain situations and how confusing it can be. There's also some concern about it when it comes to 'hearing' chat based on hearing through walls and the like. Here are my suggestions. Reduce regular text chat range (including me/dos), of which it could be heard (despite text fade) to the same range regular talking 'voip' chat is registered or slightly less. Add Raycasting to client side chat registry and don't show or reduce the range of chat flagged with collisions of world items between your character and the other unless shouting. This way someone can talk in the bank, and if you can't see them, you can't hear them. Add more fade to chat that's further away, not graying, but lightening the opacity of the whole line up to 50% to allow other text to stand out.
