Well the system is not as simple as you put it here. You do not go to jail every time you speed. You go to jail only if you exceed some specific speed over the normal which makes sense I think. If Im not mistaking, then you go to jail only if you go over 150km/h in the zones of 70km/h, so if you got a speeding ticket for 140km/h you just pay the fine and are free to go. The issue is that your friends allowed to gather the tickets without paying them right away and when you have specific amount of unpaid tickets, you get a warrant on you. It all makse sense, what does not make sense is people not understanding the system and saying that it is wrong and should be changed. Literally 1hr ago I did speed up to 201km/ph near Tequila and I knew it's a jail time. Right away I went to PD and accidentaly got another speeding ticket near PD. Still, went in, payed the fines, turned myself in and served the time. I do have another ticket now and I will pay for it soon and in the end of the day I dont have no unpaid tickets, I do not have no reason to arrest me and Im good. -1 What I can stand for is the fact that you spend time in jail and lose some amount of the fines, but the times you showed is not alot considering the amount you owe. To grind up 50-100k of tickets, you have to make at least 20 speedings and that just till 50k, and you think 1hr jail time is enough?

Claimed or not, still, you dont just roll in the town, make up a story and suddenly it's yours. Besides if any of the other gangs that have proven themselves to be serious organizations decide that they feel like there is reason behind the territory, they can fight for it. The city is not free space and various organisations operate or have their HQ's in different places.

Is the war with Los Vagos real, like with the actual gang on the server or that is just a story. If that is just a story then I would imagine you would have to worry about a different organisation who has been around Vespucci for a long time and have way bigger influence than the actual Los Vagos.

Greeting yet again! This time I come with a suggestion to add to one of the legal factions and more specifically - Downtown Cab Co. With one of the updates it was introduced that when at least one cab driver is on duty, you're not allowed to take out citybee (hope that has not changed, did not check) so due to that factor the Downtown Cab Co. has gain a lot of new customers and the demand for taxi has gone up quite a lot which leads to a sad reality that sometimes there are not enough cab drivers to take the taxi request right away. It is quite frustrating when you are driving a customer to it's location and it will take just couple of minutes before you can take the next request, but that might be too much for the client that did the request and is blindly awaiting for it to be accepted. It is quite annoying when you call for a taxi and then stand there for 3-4minutes not knowing will your request be taken and when. Suggestion The suggestion is simple - add an option for a cab driver to send a private message either directly or via dispatch to update the customer that you will accept and be on the way in few minutes. It could be something like a pm system, but in a rp way where the customer receives a message from the taxi dispatcher. It could have a command like /tru RequestID Message where /tru would stand for something like "taxi request update". Example: /tru 123 Hello Mr. Unknown, will be accepting your taxi request in 2 minutes. Thank you for your patience! I do not think that such update would be too hard as all the mechanic is in there either as pm, whisper, radio chat or faction chat, but it would really make it very nice for the players when such things happen. Well if you think about it then another server that I will not mention actually has such system implemented and has their own social media platform for IG characters and I must say it is quite fun and interesting thing to have and add you know. Could add some interesting rp on many coasts. For example if you're a gangster who likes to brag about having big weapon arsenal or loads of money in your pictures, police could decide to check you out etc. That's just something that popped into my mind right away, besides the usual social media stuff.

I feel what you say, but this seems like such a waste of time, because soon enough a police officer or even higher rank police employee will come and tell you that everything is peachy and you're dreaming. Nothing in Police work is OP and that police is actually struggling a lot.

What you said about your plans is something what I wanted to do when I join the server with my group of guys, but due to the situation back then it was not possible so we joined one of the big league players to gain the insight of the criminal elite world, then my people slowly disappeared one by one and now I myself am at a point where I dont fancy criminal rp as it's just constant gta online vanilla version. My character actually has Russian roots on his mothers side to which he feels way closer than the other side, as he grew up with only his mother. So it is very nice to see Russian or Slavic group being represented well with good plans.

I feel like Russian root groups should also create a Slavic syndicate and work closely together. Forget about the 90's and work together against the other groups.

Was one of the first people who owned an armour, spent 120k for 3 vests. Lost my first one in matter of 20min as I was on a bike taking a turn I touched a pole which not only destroyed all my armour, but also took my health down to be injured. Luckily got to sell my second armour for the import price of 40k. The last one is still at my house...gathering dust. The price is ridiculous and such armour should not be no luxury...as it is 25% armour, so technically it is light armour that would not be that hard to get. If there would be different available levels of armour, same as police has 50%, SWATS have 75%, then sure, do like 10k, 25k, 40k, but as many are saying 40k for 25% armour is ridiculous. Besides once you put it on, you cannot take it off and if police sees you in that armour, you go to jail. So it also gives a large risk to just lose it outside taking damage.

You mentioned that you re-applied, so that means your application is behind all the first timers as they get the priority. So it all makes sense if your friend applied for the very first time, even after you and got in first.

Looked at all of your examples - the only thing that they have in common is the two words "verbal warning" while none of the situations actually is close to mine. Example 1 - The actual shooter got 72hr ban, while verbal warning was given to his buddies who just pulled out guns. Example 2 - Both parties had their mistakes in the situation so instead of punishing both, they both got verbal warning. Example 3 - Same as example 2, both parties received verbal warning, not just the actual DMer. Example 4 - A genuine mistake is a genuine mistake and like the reporter said - the situation had no negative scenario for him. I feel like my reply after Serthon's apology was received as an attack rather than the fact that I have just lost some trust in administrations fairness. I did not find anything ironic in the fact that I do appreciate his apology, but that does not mean I have to take it or forgive. When you are someone who everyday is telling others that you cannot shoot with no KoS, without stating demands and allowing the other party enough time to respond to the demands and all other rules that the server has, I expect you to be able to follow them. Sure, you saying this was his first slip up, shit happens, I agree. Take it in consideration and don't give him harsh verdict, give him lowered sentence due to the fact, but please don't spit into everyone's face with a "verbal warning" which is literally nothing.

Yes, he does have 24hr KoS on you. He cannot just assume your identity. He would have to see you in exactly the same outfit and mask to be able to tell it's you. Here is the copy+paste from rules: Killing a player without warning or roleplay is allowed only within 24 hours of: • Your life being threatened not including law enforcement aiming weaponry. • The life of your friend or ally is presently being threatened or if you have witnessed it happen. • A player attempting to steal your assets worth greater than $75,000 not including vehicles. So when you robbed the person, most likely you used weapon and aimed at the person, so in that way you threatened their life, that gives them KoS rights. If someone has KoS and you were wearing a mask, then just change your clothes and it should deny any chance the person would be able to recognise you.

Where do you have data that this is English speaking community? I believe this community is heavily based on people to whom English is their second language and then probably the same amount or close to that to whom English actually is first language. I will be honest - there is a reason why such large group of people on the server is saying what they are. There is big issue with Police force and pardon me, but not everything is as beautiful and correct as you are putting it down here. I am a person that looks for reason and logic in every situation and Im not gonna be salty just because I got arrested or because my weapons were taken. No, if there was a proper arrest, if there was good enough reasoning, I will accept it and go with the flow. Sadly it is rarely like that. You in PD have so many rules and such strict organisation on "enforcing" the rules, when in reality it is not even close to that. As an example you could use the same things about what is a probable cause and what is not. The fact that police officer has to be 100% sure of the crime done by the individual, not just winging. You will say - if you have been mistreated and bla bla, use the gov forum. Been there, done that, and after two reports, that I had to wait to be looked at for 3 IRL weeks, I just got stronger taste in my mouth of police corruption/powergaming. Same as in RL, when Police has done you wrong and you have tried to show that and you still get a spit in your face in the end, you just lose the trust in police and if you lose the trust in Police, then what do you think is going to happen? We here are talking about Police image that you have to maintain and take it seriously. I know you do occasionally discharge people from police force, but to be honest, not often enough. To be honest "the way it is" is just plain sad. All this is a legacy we show to the newcomers and when the newcomers are not newcomers anymore, they will show the same example to the newcomers of that time, because that's what they experienced and that is the legacy we pass along. It is up to every single roleplayer of the server to change that, but it wont happen. Then we have the big shots, the big influential people, like gang leaders that could control their people actions to some point to change this legacy, but even they are not interested, so in the end we have bunch of non-caring people playing on the server because they cannot be bothered and are at the point in game where they are not affected by any of this, so no interest in changing it.

Of course I am not gonna give you no detailed information about the world of eclipse as you will have to see it for yourself and learn on your own. But when it comes to roleplay at it is I can give you few pointers. *Follow the rules! *Act as you would think your character would act in real life. *Do not roleplay to come out as a winner from every situation. *Every single detail you think you can add to your roleplay is worth it. There is no such thing as bad detail. *Do not get discouraged if you feel your roleplay is plain. You will learn and improve. *Stay in character at all times. If you feel other involved party is breaking a rule, still roleplay and just report after the play. These are few general tips you should always follow. Oh I definitely agree with this, but not all the cases, like crashes would actually be about bleeding out. The other day I crashed on a bike by touching a pole and due to fact I had around 65% of health, I got injured. So I lost maybe another 15%-20% of health which could be a broken leg or arm or stuff like that. It's just that the script is written like that and you keep bleeding out when you get injured. It would be cool to have injured status based on the amount of health % you lose in that one hit. Some of the crashes that happens on 200km/h should send your straight to MD without a chance to call for MD. While something like falling off the roof or falling off your bike should.

Hello again Eclipsions! Yet another day and yet another idea. Of course, as every other idea it is based on my personal and probably other people experience on the server. So we all been in that situation where we ride bit too fast and hit that pole, or you get clapped or something else happens that you are on the ground, injured and unable to do nothing than call the medic. In agony you still manage to get your phone out of your pocket and dial that 911 and call the medic. Now you just wait in hopes that Medic will be quick enough. Now after the scenario presented above, we probably can say that it is 50/50 if not even 40/60 that the Medics will come. Not blaming medics as they are understaffed and have their hands full. [Suggestions aka TL:DR part] When the medic accepts the call you automatically stabilise. Basically you stop bleeding out. That would give the medic a chance to get to you, role-play with you and deliver you to the hospital in case if their response is bit too late to get to the individual. Yes I understand that this might be a tricky suggestion as there are some gains and also some losses to it. Now it could take longer for medics to respond due to the fact that they would have to actually go to every call they respond to as the patient would not just go to coma [tp to MD]. But at the same time it would save Medics from going half way over the map to a call and receiving cancelled call as the injured individual passed out. Because if how I see this is - new houses are added and all the people who have houses already, and have money, will just buy them out and the newcomers or only one house owners wont get nothing again and will have to purchase a re-sell for higher price.

Yes, please, please, add this. It just takes too much space as it is and does not quite allow us to be able to change styles as often we would like. And also that's why we see all the clothing items dropped on the streets.

I totally understand and feel what you're saying. I as someone who's been on Eclipse for 2 months, am sorry for your bad experience as you are right when you say that a lot of New Players get through the application process and then mess up the whole experience to everyone. I wish you could meet me or someone else who does respect a good roleplay and enjoys it. I would not want you to leave because of this bad timing while we all adjust to the current situation. I hope you will give more chances to this server as unfortunately the actions of the players are not our, so how could we be held responsible for that.
