Why is it so unrealistic? What is unrealistic is when you have no chance to prove your innocence. When you are read your rights and you ask for your lawyer and they say sure, then you are taken to prison and told - it's too late for a lawyer, you already been charged. When you are arrested and your property is searched without any probably cause just for the only fact that you were in proximity of a crime zone. How do you fight jail time if police officer has decided in his head that you're guilty? Police officer has to be 100% sure, and if he makes the arrest then everyone assumes he is 100% sure. My AI report outcomes proved that twice.

Hello dear roleplayers! Today Im coming with a small suggestion that I believe is to be really important in order to change the way this server is working. At this point in time when you deal with the police it is very one way and I could call it a hard power gaming in most of the cases because nothing you say will actually change the situation and you will be imprisoned. One of the reasons why I see this to be happening is the fact that the players on the server are not informed, because they do not have access, to the protocols that police officer has to follow. All of it is accessible only to police officers, therefore, the public is unaware of their rights. I suggest to create an adjusted version of police rule book that explains the structure and ways that the police officer has to follow in order to make an arrest, do a search or anything like that. My story is that on my main character I had two instances where I was wrongfully arrested or searched and I made AI reports, there was no base to what to go on. I could not point out specific things that were done wrong or how I should not have been arrested in the first place because there was no probable cause. Of course both my AI reports were denied by just simply saying - everything that was done was correct. Then I made my alternative account with who I joined Police. Now when I actually had the access to the police rule-book I was able to see all the mistakes done in my arrests. The fact that my AI reports were denied saying everything was done correctly and me reading through and seeing that it was not, almost makes me feel the corruption in the police - blue protecting blue. I believe it's time where a person can protect themselves of police wrong doings by pointing out their mistakes. This - Im a police and what I say is how its gonna be - mentality has to stop!

The concept of robing fisherman is non-sense and if the goal is to get weapon from the fisherman, then that is pure metagaming in way cuz you use knowledge that most of the people on this server carry a firearm, so you use this OOC information about server, because in no way it is IC info.

Welcome! I recently wanted to try out working at Zoo, but found out that you need some previous education around animals, so it was a flop for me, cuz Im at that age where I have to pay rent, so I cannot volunteer at the Zoo. You on the other hand sound like next Crocodile hunter. Talking about you being a nervous wreck, I totally understand you, I started the same way and still, sometimes, am nervous in situation due to the fact that English is not my first language so I feel bit limited. That being said I have to point out the fact that most of the people in here are non-English (at least I think so), so don't you worry. I would guess you come from forum roleplays? I've been part of some myself. About the roleplay in game, what I could suggest is to figure out your characters persona, its prologue as that will help you to figure out how to react to certain situations. Always think - what would my character do, considering he's this and that. If you live a legal life, then of course you should follow that example, and never even if it feels tempting, do things that any law abiding citizen would not do. Read the rules and make sure you follow them. Do not try to win situations, because you feel you want to. Follow common sense and logic. I hope you will enjoy your stay here!

Totally agree wit that because often the rule-break that is reported has happened due to the fact that the reporter was breaching some sort or rule in the first place and made the whole situation and rp experience annoying. Like not showing fear rp and ignoring the situation and then getting shot at which leads to a DM report although the reporter ignored everything happening in the first place.

Hello, hello! So recently it happened that my car was stolen and chopped at the chop-shop and when I took it out of Mors I realised that the car tyres were popped before chopping. Due to that my vehicle had popped tyres also when I retrieved it from the Mors. So I come here with two short suggestions that I am going to explain bellow. Suggestion A: Considering the idea of a chop-shop then your vehicle is literally being sold and then taken a part. That is the reason why it says in-game that you should check out Mors if your vehicle has been destroyed. So if you think about it then Mors as of insurance gives you a new car of the same model you had, therefore it makes no sense that something like popped tyres should be a thing when you receive your new car from Mors. My suggestion is that when car is being chopped and taken out from Mors, it should come back as brand new, with no damage. Suggestion B: Second suggestion is for a situation if the Suggestion A is declined for one or another reason. What happened to me was I got my car, my tyres were popped, but no mechanics online. So I had to wheel my vehicle to my house and place it in the garage until I get hang of a mechanic. We all know, at least in theory, that driving with popped tyres is hard, but it is not impossible. What it does though is damage the rims a lot. That should affect the vehicles durability that we have in the corner. So my suggestion is to make it that when driving with popped tyres it would damage the vehicles durability until you fix the tyres. I hope you understand my reasoning for these two suggestions and that at least one of them will be accepted and introduced to fit more realistic way around chopped cars or driving with a damaged vehicle.

I would think that the Judge, most likely, would be an Admin or Moderator, someone already trusted with important tasks and sort of "judge" duties in other disputes(reports).

Hello! Not been long here and been trying to not put myself on the police radar with my activities and I would say I have been doing a good job except the only two times when I have been arrested and went to jail. With this little experience I have already learned that the whole justice system is very flaw and does not give a chance to do anything in the situation. Its almost like if the police decided to arrest you, there is nothing you can do about it. Sure you can run and resist the arrest, but that does not go with my roleplay. So all I have been able to do is to agree with everything that police is asking, like searching and arresting, while no chance to actually protest or try to get away with a crime due to lack of evidence, false arrest, false charges and stuff like that. Sure there is Internal Affairs report, but in a rp scenario that is done after you have served your time. Also the Internal Affairs report requires evidence from you to prove that you were treated wrong, but doing everything ICly, let's be honest, not many situations will give you a chance to have any IC evidence. And most likely without showing no evidence your report will be swept under a rug, when it should be other way around, the police should show evidence of you being guilty. The way that police is handling most of the situations where I have been part of is based on anonymous tip or I would say - total MG. So I suggest introducing court/judge to the process. It is very important because as someone recently said - the way the police is acting on the server is not as a police, but more like a gang with legal rights. Sadly I have to agree. For example, technically if my rights are not read to me then nothing I've said can be used against me. Just today I was arrested just for being next to Ace Liquor for just being on the street. No chance to rp that I am not making drugs, it was straight assumed that I was there to make drugs which is a total MG. Then my vehicle was locked-picked by a police officer without any search warrant and reason to even check that specific vehicle. Parking near a "known" drug lab is not against the law. I have spent two sentences without a chance to appeal the sentence or deny the charges, because after the police have locked their view on you it is straight to the moon with no stops. I can bet that there are a lot of people who could possibly rp their situations way better than it has been and had some ridiculous arrests. Like my first arrest where I was robbed and after defending myself and shooting one of the robbers, I got arrested for "armed robbery" and the actual robber was released free. I had no way to defend myself and was locked away for 56months which in rp is nonsense. The way I see it to work(option): Have an appointed Judges who can do case hearings and sentence. When a judge is online people can show up for their case hearings. Two levels of arrests - 1. Can pay specific amount of bail and come to hearing on your own. 2. Stays locked until a hearing and the time spent in waiting is removed from the sentence. If the person released on bail does not show up to their hearings within specific time, they are considered "on the run" and have APB and BOLO put on them and their vehicles. The system is not hard to implement and would be just part of the Police Department. Such system would make detective work way more interesting in arresting high rank figures based on evidence. Would make the arrests more realistic based on the evidence available therefore bring sense into the rp of busting someone instead of simply metagaming and abusing their powers as police. TL:DR Im suggesting to add Judges/Court to the server as part of justice system to make the rp experience more realistic and give chance to everyone to defend themselves and execute the rights that are being read at the arrest and rights as a person who is not guilty until the guilt is proven.

I have to agree with the concept of this idea because a medium level or small businesses should be available throughout the map. The small businesses could be those type that are not primary needs of the citizens. For example at the moment all the businesses are very important, like fuel stations, transport dealerships etc. But adding to that there could be business like car wash, legal drug stores(where you could buy marijuana plants) or anything like that that is an option to be part of your rp.

I would suggest that the Coma thing stays and indeed is reduced to 10min. But also make something like with store robberies, if there is not enough police officers on the server you cannot rob a store. So if there are not enough Medics on the server the Coma effect is removed.

If who I met was you, then oh boy, the way of recruiting... I mean all fun and games, but when I see people here being hyped about "proper mafia" or "deep standard rp" and compare to what I witnessed, it saddens me. If those guys were you, then Im not impressed and very sad to witness it.

Sure thing, if the faith will put us in the same time and the same place we will as everything for us happens IC'ly and even we don't know who we will meet and rp with. Trying to build up a in a way that makes sense and periodically advancing.

Gaining more experience in the criminal world and understanding how things work, the Cassidy's finally decided to do their first serious organised crime mission. The goal of the mission was to steal a money truck that delivers cash to ATM's around Los Santos. Money was not the main goal, the main goal was to gain information to use for the actual hit mission. In order for the mission to be successful it was necessary to do surveillance on the routes and habits of the drivers and hit them at a quiet and not populated area, bring the truck and the driver to a secret location where to do analysis of the truck and it's security, and interrogate the driver.
