From an initial read this is very well thought out suggestion. My biggest concern for mobile drugs labs has always been the payout being very minimal due to how safe they would be but that notification system for PD is a +1 from me.

+1 Most officers don't use this command from what I've seen as a criminal.

If this is the solution you propose all this would cause is for Official Factions to wipe out gangs before they can have even a semblance of a chance of reaching official. No one wants to do that due to that just reducing amount of criminal players that exist in general and would only reduce the amount of criminal role play that occurs. When Triads and Zetas were the only two gangs with the ability to import they easily could have wiped out many long standing gangs that had good role play but lacked the ability to import to secure imports for only themselves. That would not be good role play and would only decrease the criminal population that has slowly been on the decline resulting in gangs rather mining,hunting and fishing instead of cooking at labs and choping cars and robbing stores.

I think the amount of rp this emote would add is immeasurable. Imagine someone doing wedding rp and busting this out as their first dance.

Its either people run from pd or they have shoot outs with pd.I know you wanna claim they could just not run but no one wants to spend 2 hours plus in jail dude to weapons charges and ever so common racketeering charge that has been being added to peoples charge lists. Right now the easiest way to prolong your time on the server is to never engage with PD as criminal. I feel by removing access to fast bikes will only cause more ooc issues on the server rather improve the quality of roleplay. This is an IC issue not an OOC issue. In real life police don't keep up with Bikes in a 1 on 1 pursuit. If Drags are as valuable as you say the dealerships could easily do what the gun stores did and raise the price of Drags with the script they have available and agree on a stable price for them. If issues like this are resolved oocly to make the playing field more even. Officers should have much more at risk when they die on duty. When a criminal is arrested they lose to the upwards of 20-30 with fines and loss of weapons and impound fees on top of the jail time. Maybe you would be down for officers to lose a set amount of money on death or even a percentage?

Not everything needs to be solved with shooting.

Currently we have only two choices too refuel boats. 1. Travel all the way down south to the bottom of the map to only gas station available from boats 2. Purchase jerry cans by the boat load My issue with the first choice is that the south side of the map is barley used for boats meaning its a good 20 minute drive from the current available islands. I feel adding a second gas station for boats in the Paleto area would be a great quality of life addition for the server. If the main concern with adding a gas station too Paleto is the one down south would receive minimal business if any we should allow the current owner of the south gas station to own both with the catch being scriptly they share the same gas capacity. I don't really have an issue with option two other than having to hope one of the 24/7s near the shore have 4 jerry cans available. Currently the gas station for boats down south is just a single gas pump on a dock which could easily be added to north end of the map the same way. Thanks for reading
