Petition: Paleto Bay Public Boat Dock

I think we would all greatly benefit from another public boat parking option in Paleto Bay. A non-exhaustive list of reasoning follows:

• It's called Paleto "Bay" and we should celebrate its marine connection.
• Public infrastructure already exists, just needs some planning/zoning (red square in the figure).
• Beautiful beachfront that is rarely used in its current state. Adding a public parking option could incentivize traffic.
  • With this, adds new possibilities for events or other activities in the area.
• Reduces marine theft.

I'd love to hear some community input.
