-1 not everything needs IC reasoning. Sure new uniforms and guns for legal factions make sense to have IC story behind it, and they do (SD and PD pick up shipments that RPly have news guns, gear etc whenever we receive it) Most of these are pretty pointless to have IC reasoning. Prices changes according to economy changes, it's self explanatory. New clothes are created all the time there is no need to make up a story about new suppliers because that's not even realistic to say. Cities plant trees all the time and people don't think it came from the sky. It's common sense to realize they would be planted by the city etc. I would say it's weirder to try and make up a reason ICly as to why drug labs in properties have changed. People are aware this is a game and they can come to the conclusion there was an update.

The impound lot has one simple fix that doesn't require automation. Indicate which impound lot is being buzzed instead of just saying "There is somebody requesting assistance at the impound lot". SD and PD don't know which lot the person is at unless they drive to one. I'm sure people would agree with me when I say that I would be much more likely to go to the impound lot if I know someone is at the lot I'm going to.

I don't play crim so not sure what the current state of labs are but from what I am reading it's a call of duty lobby right now at the new island. Maybe add a second plantation somewhere else so it isnt constant war over the singular plantation? Adding back some labs that were taken away could give solo crims or smaller groups better odds of being able to pick plants and cook drugs without getting confronted as often. More labs should equate to more options and less confrontation. Maybe I'm wrong
