I don't really care if the phrase gets banned or not but with the community we have it is essentially a part of some peoples' vocabulary and they will say it even if it's a "slip up". It'll just lead to more forum reports and admin punishments and bans because that's how people get back at people they don't like on the server. I've been around long enough to see how much anger people use when talking to "rival" community members in-game and telling someone to off themselves is almost standard. To add-on: If we lived in a perfect world where we could pick and choose the people who we have play the server I would be all for getting rid of the players that constantly mix and use "CSGO" language like mentioned before but that's not the case and a major portion of our active player base does do this and in my opinion the player base isn't strong enough to start cutting these players off for using "gamer language"

It is an honor to see my rank structure suggestion get implemented into this faction. I'm happy to see that TKK has made friends with former rival Mohamad Junaid

I can say that there are rules against "charge stacking". If you notice a certain person is always "charge stacking" then gather the evidence of that and bring it up to faction management. But everyone seems to interperet charge stacking differently. Serious crimes for example, murder, hit and run, battery, assault, kidnapping are allowed to be "stacked". If you shoot three people, you can expect to be given murder/attempted murder three times. You cannot stack smaller things like evading, unless there has been substantial time between each event. So if you evade, get away, then evade again like 5 minutes later, you cannot be charged twice for that. Another time stacking is not permitted is if you're carrying two firearms, you cannot get two charges of possession of illegal firearm. With that being said, people are NOT allowed to place charges because they feel the person deserves more time. So you cannot place every possible charge that can be found in the penal code. This is called "ransacking" and there are OOC rules against it. I'll provide a few examples directly from the rules regarding "ransacking" so there is no confusion: ~John Doe is arrested for trespassing with a mask. He is charged with trespassing and face concealment. This is OK! ~John Doe stole a car, and decided to felony evade the police in a dangerous manner. He is charged with Felony Evading, Grand Theft Auto, Reckless Operation/Felony Public Endargement This is OK! ~John Doe has robbed a bank, evaded the police, driven recklessly, hit someone along the way, and injured them. He is charged with Bank Robbery, Felony Evading, Possession of an Illegal Firearm, Felony Public Endargement, Felony Hit, and Run. You then decide they need more time, so you throw on Face Concealment and Failure to Comply. This is NOT OK! These examples apply to SD specifically but I'm sure PD shares a similar rule. Helicopters follow the same rules as a normal unit. SD does not permit helicopter patrols to fly over labs, then call out people picking/cooking drugs, then raid the lab. Now if we believe a suspect has fled into a lab or we receive a 911 call then a helicopter could do a fly-by and report any illegal activities which would give us reason to enter. +1 to reducing jail times. I don't think all charges need an adjustment but there are some that should be reconsidered. I would say that jail time for new players is very fair how it is now.

Responding with a big red "-1" does not follow the forum rules because it is unhelpful and does not contribute to the discussion. Forum rules typically require users to provide thoughtful and well-reasoned opinions on the topics being discussed, and to back up their opinions with evidence and information. Responding with a big red "-1" does not meet these requirements.

Just like "ok," "yes" is a very common and informal response that is often used to indicate agreement or understanding. While it may be appropriate in certain situations, such as a casual conversation with friends, it is not an appropriate response to a forum topic. Forum topics are often discussions of important and complex issues that require careful consideration and thought. "Yes" is simply too casual and insufficient to convey the level of engagement and thought that a forum topic deserves. It does not provide any meaningful contribution to the discussion and does not show that the respondent has put any effort into considering the topic at hand. Furthermore, a forum is a community of people who are interested in the same subject and want to learn from each other. Responding with "yes" does not show that the respondent has paid attention to the topic or has anything to add to the discussion. It is simply a way of acknowledging that they agree with the topic without providing any further insight or perspective. In short, "yes" is not an appropriate response to a forum topic because it does not show that the respondent has engaged with the topic or has anything valuable to contribute to the discussion. It is too casual and does not convey the level of thought and engagement that a forum topic deserves. A more appropriate response would be to offer a thoughtful and well-reasoned opinion on the topic, backed up by evidence and information. This would show that the respondent has put effort into considering the topic and has something valuable to contribute to the discussion.

Thank you so much, Osborn. I appreciate your kind words and the reputation point you have given me. It means a lot to me to know that there are people out there who care and want to help. As a beggar, it can be difficult to ask for help and to feel like I am a valuable member of society. Your gesture of support gives me hope and encourages me to continue participating in the ECRP forums. Thank you again for your kindness and support. Best regards, Jett Jones

As a beggar on the streets, I have very little in terms of material possessions or social status. But on the ECRP forums, I have the opportunity to earn reputation points and gain respect within the community. Reputation points on the ECRP forums are important to me because they give me a sense of worth and value within the community. When other users see that I have a high reputation score, they are more likely to listen to what I have to say and to take my opinions seriously. This is especially important to me because, in my daily life, I am often ignored or dismissed by others. To earn reputation points on the ECRP forums, I participate in discussions and offer my thoughts and insights on various topics. I try to be thoughtful and respectful in my responses, and I make sure to back up my opinions with facts and evidence. Other users can then react to my contributions by giving me reputation points. I understand that reputation points should not be given out just because someone is a friend or because they agree with my opinions. Instead, they should be based on the quality and relevance of my contributions to the community. I appreciate it when other users take the time to carefully consider my posts and give me reputation points based on the value of my contributions. In conclusion, as a beggar, I am often overlooked and undervalued in society. But on the ECRP forums, I have the opportunity to earn reputation points and gain respect within the community. I appreciate it when other users take the time to react to my contributions and give me the reputation points that I deserve.

Hi Kazjii, It's nice to meet you! I'm glad to hear that you like the Sheriff's Department and are a Marvel fan. I also think that "pee pee poo poo" is a pretty funny phrase. I'm not familiar with Bathsheba's, but it sounds interesting. April 10th is coming up soon, so it's almost time to celebrate your birthday! I hope you have a great day and get to do something fun with your friends and family. As a culinary icon, I'm sure you have some great recipes and cooking tips to share. Maybe you could start a thread on this forum where you can share your culinary expertise with others. Overall, it's great to have you on this forum and I'm looking forward to getting to know you better. Best regards, [Human's Name]

Hmm what a good suggestion, how has nobody thought of this?

I agree with the idea of lowering the criminal faction members cap to 25 as a way to encourage more criminal activity and RP opportunities on the server. This gradual implementation would give current factions time to adjust and avoid having to forcibly kick members, while also giving newer criminal groups a chance to establish themselves. It is important to carefully consider the potential impact on current factions and implement the change carefully to ensure a positive outcome for the server.

+1 Would fix a lot of issues. There is always a couple "super gangs" and the smaller ones get crushed by them which makes it hard for good quality crim factions to make it official. The counter argument is that it will be harder for a single faction to do large scale operations because there are less members with varying time zones but I think this would open another gate allowing for opportunities for gangs to work together like you mentioned.

-1 as well. Unless ECRP is the first video game you have played, you probably have been told to kill yourself numerous times on other video games (any FPS ever). I think it doesn't and shouldn't hold any weight behind it and like someone said, it isn't hate speech. Banning the term is just going to lead to unnecessary admin punishments.

Insane RP lore good job! May I suggest the ranking structure for your faction which is destined to be official? Mr Krabs - Leader of the faction Spongebob - Second in command Squidward - Proven member of the faction Pearl - Hang around Mohamad Junaid is Plankton. I can tell Hillary Bababooey is definitely a workhorse!

looking at the Cliffhanger on the GTA wiki, it's a "Rally-Style" motorbike. If we look at other rally vehicles on the server, they aren't allowed to go off-roading (tropos, omnis, etc.). However, if we look at the Gargoyle, it's a "Rally-converted hillclimber" motorbike and we allow it to go offroad. Visually both the Gargoyle and Cliffhanger look almost identical in regard to the body shape so I'm not sure why we allow one and not the other to offroad.
