  1. You ask for realism but you mention being changed up 90 degree angles. Realistically no car or bike will be able to go up 90 degree angles. The scout is available to civilians and they can offroad just as much in it. It's a GTA server, we have off-road and non off-road vehicles. As long as it's in the off-road category, you can go off-road any way you would like.
  2. Yea the issue is when you try to document rule breaks that happen too quick to press the scoreboard to reveal their ID. Without their ID you're out of luck.
  3. +1 RIP to all the bls bags that have been abandoned from forgetting to RP picking it back up
  4. Which ones? (For research purposes)
  5. Yea -1 lol Bodycams are important for law enforcement RP and they protect civilians+criminals in some IC instances.
  6. In other words, kick half the server population out of their faction and make them quit the server. These suggestions are getting crazier and crazier
  7. Yea like mentioned you can't simply kick a car window out and slither away like a snake with your hands behind you back.
  8. ATMs are pretty shit rn and should have some buffs. They take quite a while to complete, you get the police called on you very often, and the payout is just over 1k. Even if you don't get the cops called on you, you're pretty likely to get spotted by a civilian or police officer who will get you busted since it takes so long. High risk, low reward, and slow. I think the payout should be raised or make the 911 calls a rare occurrence, not like every third time you hit an ATM. Having a 911 call script makes sense since you're breaking into something in public but with other factors considered they are not balanced.

  10. +1 Add a character obituary section to the forums where people can make their CK official. This will let people cement their character's legacy and make it easier for people to know when someone has done a CK.
  11. Roleplaying in a GTA server can be quite immersive, and delivering your lines convincingly can add depth to your character and the overall experience. If you've crashed your BF400 (a motorcycle in GTA) and have an injured ankle, here are some lines and reactions you can use: Pain Reaction: "Agh, damn it! My ankle!" "I think I twisted my ankle when I went down!" "Son of a...! My ankle's killing me!" Calling for Help: "Hey! Can anyone give me a hand here? I can't stand up." "I need some help over here! My bike's totaled and my ankle's busted!" "Anyone got a first aid kit? I think I sprained my ankle." Blaming the Vehicle or Situation: "Stupid bike! Why did it have to give out on me now?" "I knew I should've gotten those brakes checked!" "I never should've taken that shortcut!" Deflecting Concern: "I'm fine, I'm fine... just need a moment." "Just a scratch, I'll walk it off." "It's nothing. Just a bad twist." Remember to react appropriately to the actions of other players. If they're trying to help, show gratitude or relief. If they're mocking or taking advantage of your situation, respond with frustration, anger, or pleas for assistance. The key is to be immersive and reactive to the evolving scenario!
  12. You can melt someone in 200 AP if you coordinate your attack and it's really easy. As criminal players, you have the advantage of choosing when, where, and how to fight. Police try their best to respond to what you do. If you aren't using that advantage, then GG. That clip is an example of not having any plan and shooting just to shoot. Some factions know how to work together to set up attacks where they are the ones in control and often times they are successful. You are the one who decides if the police shoot at you so it's up to you to decide if it's worth biting the bullet and giving yourself up in exchange for less prison time and fines. The problem is most people will refuse to give themselves up if they have a gun because they always want to go out guns blazing even with a 0% chance of winning. 200 AP is not something SED uses at all times. We'll use it if we are going into a situation we know is going to be a large scale shootout or for other operations such as warrant hunts, shipments etc... With that being said if we have to respond to something else when we already have our 200 AP on, we're not gonna take it off and replace it with a lower AP vest for that situation since it delays our response time.
  13. I gotta disagree with this one
  14. Unless things have changed, that is already a rule, just report it if it happens.
  15. Thoughts?
  16. Ratio
  17. +1 Server needs script updates though and there isn't enough developers to do that unfortunately. Add various types of fish, different rods/bait, make some fish only catchable by boat. Add a scoped hunters rifle that does very little damage on human targets but kills animals easily, add licenses for hunting, increase spawn rate for large game etc .. But again all this would take at least a year to get done
  18. good rp and bad rp is pointless! Too easy to weaponize and too easy to farm good rp from friends.
  19. Best of luck in your future endeavors.
  20. Bro was begging for people to wish him happy birthday
  21. Give us the heavy snipers pls. Regular sniper is not good enough
  22. Looking for GF 361-2422
  23. These rules are in place to make the game fair and make people play realistically. We know cops won't shoot you on spot for talking on your radio or walking away in real life (usually) but it's a rule in place to prevent people from never obeying with LEO orders in game because they would ride the fact that they wont get shot for non-violent actions. If FRP didn't apply to everybody it would be really frusturating for others. It's the reasons there are rules like not using your panic button when in an injured state to make the game more fair. In real life you would be able to hit a panic if injured but not everything is about being realistic. You also can't hit a panic button when being held at gun point which is the same as talking on the radio essentially. Looking at the FRP rule, LEOs have more expectations/restrictions. For example, LEOs are more restricted on rules of engagement and making sure they don't insert themselves in dangerous situations when greatly outnumbered, or what people like to refer to as Hero copping. This is not something criminal players are scrutinzed for at the same level.
  24. It's pretty much the same thing since you can't use the character.
  25. -1 absolutely not I would quit the server if the character I have worked on for 2 years is essentially deleted without my permission.
