I really don't think LEO needs to be nerfed, rather make the game easier for crims and make smart decisions. The reason forum threads like this exist are because people lose their body armor and heavy weapons that cost a lot to a fight with PD or SD and get upset and come to the forums. Criminal factions can definitely win a fight against PD and SD. The Rooks have gotten really good at picking and choosing their fights. When they take a fight, they win a good amount. The advantage crims have is they get to decide if they want to risk a gun fight, if they do want to take a gun fight they get to decide where by leading a pursuit line to the desired location and they also have the advantage of attacking first usually through ambushes. More often and not from my experience if we are chasing someone they will try to take a fight they have no business trying to take. It's borderline frp trying to shoot at 5 cops just because you're about to lose your gun and you want to go out guns blazing. You just added over an hour of jail time for attempted murder now. A big problem is that people just want to shoot too much. They will have a gun in their car at all times even if they are not preparing for a fight. Then when being pulled over they evade because they have a gun on them, now they're in deep shit and once they crash or get stopped, they try to shoot and obviously get downed immediately. TLDR; I don't think LEO needs to be nerfed, I think the game needs to be easier for solo crims and slightly reduce import prices and crims really just need to make better decisions. Instead of focusing on how we can make PD and SD weaker, I would like to see how we can make Crim RP better. Pick and choose your fights, sometimes you just have to bite the bullet rather than trying to take on a bunch of cops on your own just so you can use your weapons before being arrested. Addon: Crim and LEO rp shouldn't be mainly shooting. A lot of members in the community base their RP about shooting (All the clap montages are evidence of that)

As someone who exclusively plays a LEO character, PLEASE save crim RP. If crims aren't doing crimes, we are pretty much out of luck too since everything we do is reactionary. As Bala said, we are an action based RP server so we heavily rely on crims doing crim stuff. Lower import prices, lower jail times, bring back old chop shop methods, release/finish the drug update and house robbery updates. The community is losing trust because of all the teasers released but nothing gets released and there are NO progress updates.

There hasn't been a staff auction/raffle in a long time. What's going on with that? There are tons of cars/properties that could be brought into the server or confiscated assets from banned accounts that could be auctioned or raffled off. Is there a reason we haven't had one since April?

I'm pretty sure headshots do ignore bodyarmor because I can clearly recall multiple instances where I have taken lots of damage to my health without the armor helping me from shootouts so I'm not sure if this was a desync issue or what? I would like to get some clarification too if headshots ignore armor or not.

Why not fight it in court or report it ICly if you want it to change? Court cases and IA reports absoulutely can change laws/protocols. Posting it on forums in discussion won't change anything.

Headshots already ignore kevlar. I don't know about limbs however. I think it's good the way it is.

Police Cruisers have nitrous now so that might be what you're referring too. If you get in the cruiser and hit "f" it boosts the speed by ~20 kmh for a bit.

I 100% agree with adding more bus routes. Maybe give the tollbooth workers hourly salary on top of what they get right now? Similar to how burger shot works. For the tollbooth workers, you would be area restricted so you can only earn salary while being the area of the tollbooth. I definitely agree with adding another coroner site in the city

Almost everything in this list already happens or is available already to us. It's personal choice if you want to RP using the gym, cleaning your car etc. but most people are not going to do that because there is no enjoyment in it if you're RPing with yourself. It's like saying crims need to do more internal RP like spray painting walls, sorting their ammo/gun stock piles, rolling joints, counting cash, tattooing each other etc. I'm sure they do it occasionally but nobody is going to do that regularly because they would much rather be doing actual crimes. Cops too would rather be patrolling around than RPing lifting weights by themselves.

I'm not against decreasing the fuel on helicopters but another thing I would like to see is enforcing detailed RP for pre-flight checks. This would delay the rate at which a helicopter can get into the air and into the chase giving the person evading that extra minute or two to try and lose the ground units before the helicopter can make it there.

Having the goodrp and badrp show up on the panel can get toxic pretty easily especially if it's anonymous. I can already see people using /badrp every single time they have a negative interaction with someone else or everytime someone thinks a rule was broken, whether it was broken or not. It's also pretty easy to figure out who rated you poorly since you can just open the panel as soon as you see in-game that your RP was rated and you can see what they said about you. And if it wasn't anonymous then it definitely would lead to unhealthy relationships within the community which could affect IC actions. Most of us have already seen how toxic people can be to each other OOCly based of IC tension so I don't think it's a good addition. Usually with these rating systems, the are usually only used when someone had a bad experience. You're more likely to receive a /badrp if you pissed someone off then a /goodrp if you used good /me's and /do's etc. Another reason the ratings will mean nothing is because you can just have all your friends /goodrp you which holds no value.

We do tons of internal RP. ATD, SED trainings every week. Field training sessions, weapon and vehicle training sessions, supervisor meetings, I know other divisions do their own trainings etc. We also have a lot of RP in terms of paperwork. We have our own "shipments" we do whenever we get new equipment which is purely RP. We also do other internal RP like departmental parties, we even did a few "feelings circle" RP events. I don't think not having enough internal rp to do is the issue. The issue is there isn't enough crimes and calls to respond to. I will get on shift most nights and drive around the county for a few hours and have maybe 1 or 2 calls/back ups to respond to. I can go 30 minutes without seeing a single person on the roads. Almost all the crime especially in Blaine County is happening in drugs labs or robbing gun stores etc. Some divisions have more opportunity for constant internal RP than others which is just the nature of things. For example, SED is almost purely reactionary so we don't have anything internal or external to do (except the trainings and RP shipments I mentioned) unless there is crime happening. When crimes do happen, we get to fill out operation reports, have IC debriefings etc... The issue is not enough crime happens in public which is probably caused by heavy IC consequences for doing crimes.

I got to test out the go kart a little while back and it was super glitchy. I don't know if this is still the case with it. You would teleport around on other people's screens. I also want to see more staff auctions or even IC auctions. We haven't had a staff auction since April and I know there are definitely cars/properties that could be auctioned/raffled. IC raffles could be a great idea at something like Diamond Casino but I doubt that Diamond Casino will ever be finished.
