The company with the right fare This faction thread is completely Out of character in which no information gathered here can be used In Character as this thread is to give an insight regarding how JettMate Cab Co. runs from a Out of Character perspective and allows for members of the faction to express and show off their roleplay. Our taxi company was founded in 1995 by three friends, Saaho, Michael and Albert. They worked as cab drivers for a larger taxi company but felt that they could provide better service if they had their own business. They pooled their savings and bought two used taxis, which they used to start their own company. At first, business was slow, and they struggled to make ends meet. But they persevered, working long hours and providing excellent service to their customers. Over time, their reputation grew, and they were able to attract more clients. In 1998, they expanded their fleet to three taxis and hired their first employee, a dispatcher to manage the growing number of calls. By the early 2000s, they had over 20 taxis and were one of the most well-respected taxi companies in the city. In 2015, they launched a mobile app, which made it easier for customers to book rides and track their drivers. They also started to offer luxury car services for clients who wanted a more premium experience. In 2020, our taxi company faced unprecedented challenges due to the COVID-19 pandemic. With restrictions on travel and fewer people going out, our business took a hit. However, we adapted quickly by implementing safety measures such as regular sanitization of our vehicles, providing masks and hand sanitizers for our drivers and passengers, and promoting cashless transactions. We also expanded our services to include delivery of essential items, such as groceries and medications, to those who were unable to leave their homes. This not only helped us stay afloat during the pandemic but also allowed us to contribute to the community in a meaningful way. We continue to provide safe, reliable, and affordable transportation to our clients, and we're proud to be one of the most trusted taxi companies in the region. We have a multi-stage recruitment process for potential candidates who apply to work with us. This process ensures that we carefully review and assess each applicant's qualifications and suitability for the role. We strive to hire the best candidates and provide them with ample training and opportunities for growth within the company. There are three stages of recruitment: Theory Exam Interview Practical Exam To apply to JettMate Cab Company, you must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Also, you cannot have been charged with a felony or misdemeanor in the last month and you must have fewer than 20 tickets, including speeding tickets. We ask that all applicants read the JettMate Cab Company employee handbook and become familiar with our policies and procedures, including radio codes and the driver checklist. Before the theory exam, you must fill a form that is available online. You will be notified after checking your background record. If you recieved a good news from us, then you have to come at office and ask staff members that you are there for theory exam. If your score rate is above the merit, the staff member will take interview where we will discuss your qualifications and knowledge of the JettMate Cab Company handbook. If we found you competent, you will be asked to take a driving test to assess your knowledge of the city and your driving skills. UMER GONDAL (Owner) Michael Scofield (CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER): He is a senior executive responsible for managing the financial actions of a company. He typically responsible for financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, accounting, treasury and cash management, investor relations, and risk management. Albert John (General Manager): He is a senior executive who is responsible for overseeing the overall operations and performance of a company or organization. He is typically in charge of multiple departments and has a broad range of responsibilities, including financial management, strategic planning, marketing, human resources, and customer service. Omer Farooq (Human Resource Manager): He is responsible for managing the human resources department of a company. His main responsibility is to develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs that support the organization's goals and objectives while also ensuring compliance with legal regulations and labor laws. Some of his specific duties and responsibilities may include recruiting and hiring new employees, managing employee benefits and compensation, creating and enforcing company policies and procedures, managing employee relations and communications, conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback, and developing and implementing training programs. JettMate Cab Company has four ranks of drivers, including Trainee, Junior Driver, Driver, and Senior Driver. Trainees are new to the company and work on a probationary basis. Junior Drivers have gained some experience and are responsible for basic rides and calls. Drivers have more responsibilities, such as taking care of customers and vehicles. Captains have additional duties, including coordinating other drivers and providing assistance if necessary.
