@krooks365 hello, thank you for your bug report, it's possible that the furniture could have been stolen by a glitch abuser. I have re-implemented how the apartment entrances work and separated the inner rooms and the corridor into two different dimensions to make it work more like the house interiors.

[Authentication] Added partial masks to email addresses when requesting a recovery mail (hides part of the email address). [Bans] Player IP addresses will be hidden in the ban window unless the player hovers their mouse on it. [Bus Job] Fixed an issue with the bus job that caused the server to crash. [Credit Store] Updated the animation menu to enable the animation preview immediately without the need to press "Confirm". [Door Controller] Updated the door controller to be more reliable (to address the apartment door issues). [Phone] Added the ability to charge your phone in apartments and custom built properties.

@PurplePlant hello, I would assume that the scrolling issue is a CEF problem ( https://bitbucket.org/chromiumembedded/cef/issues/2678/cefclient-crashes-with-out-of-memory-when ). There is nothing I can do at the moment, but to redesign the whole menu so that it does not need scrolling, which I do not believe will happen. Perhaps RAGE could update their CEF version, which could potentially fix it. You will need to take it easy on the scrolling. The vehicle window should not take longer to load than any other window, just perhaps the images, because they're fetched from an external source, but this is definitely not the cause. All we can do is wait for RAGE to update the CEF version.

@marcus john hello, this section is for bug reports, if someone put charges on you, that doesn't mean that the script is broken. You may want to contact an administrator in game, preferably someone who is a member of the PD and they may check your history and see who put the charges on you and could ask why.

All new properties are sold using the reverse auction method, once an apartment is created, it costs 10 times (1000%) it's original price, but the price gradually drops until 5 OOC days later it reaches 100% and stops, which means that if an apartment costs 2.5M at the start, it will only cost 250K after 5 OOC days. This system allows players to determine the prices of apartments rather than the developers setting a low price and players rushing to be the first ones to buy the properties. This system has been used for houses and islands for a long time now, so it should not be anything new. Hopefully, the apartment system will solve the lack of housing and reduce the prices of individual houses so more players are able to own a home.
