Or if not to catch a more expensive / bigger fish then at least when fishing at large on the boat the time needed to catch one should be shorter (makes more sense as IRL you’d have way more chances of catching a fish faster than on a pier)

I was wondering if fishing on a boat at large will actually make any difference financially wise. IRL you’d actually catch bigger (maybe even better) fish if doing so on a boat at large, therefore more money from doing so. Is this a thing here? Does the fishing spot affect in any way the income from this job?
