I have exact same problem. It happens on my 3rd character only. The first 2 work fine. Hence, no. This has nothing to do with server overload. In the picture, you can see 375 | 1592422450. 375 is my player ID and the long numbers are the time. There is some sort of communication in the beginning but then it stops. You're right about no data transfer because the chat does not work. I'm unable to /report or anything. An Admin tried to teleport my character but he wasn't able to. It's like we're in some desync state. We need a fix on this ASAP!

Similar issue. I'm in a building on the minimap. Stuck in the sky. Happened to me on my 3rd character slot that I just purchased.

Date and time (provide timezone): 17/6/20 Character name: James_Woka Issue/bug you are reporting: I am stuck in the sky when I click play on this character. Expected behavior: Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: I bought a 3rd character slot. I made this character. When I click play its not useable. I'm permanently stuck in this screen. No commands work, but the timer on the minimap runs. Admins are unable to teleport me. Admin jail did not fix. I have to quit GTA and reload. Both my previous 2 characters work perfectly fine. Vehicle license plate number*: None

Cocaine costs $600 for ingredients and then crafting time at the table and then it sells for $400. So you lose 200 after spending all that time. I'm not sure if this is intentional or what. Might as well remove cocaine because nobody will touch this.
