I dont get what you mean becose alot of gangs baisicly have strict rules that are applied to geting a new recruit me myself have been in multiple organisastions and it isnt easy to get in to one as it would be realisiticly i have been in the town for a half a year and i have acumilated a house 1 race car and a bike and a lowrider whilist having many charges and shotouts take place so i dont get what you mean if you wana come in town and be reach in a month it would take all of the fun away of being on top as you already put in the work and efort

There would be some options where pd goes with an choper to locate the drug locations or true investigation or raids and with the smell you could impliment dogs
